I love this bag and shipping was fast!! Initially, I gave 1 star because the zippers broke but I contacted UTO and they were awesome!! They sent me a replacement and I didn't have to send the broken one back!! They we're so nice and easy to deal with I would definitely recommend this bag to anyone!! The bag is perfect size lots of pockets and comfortable to carry I LOVE IT!!! UTO definitely takes good care of customers and backs their stuff!!!
