Disappointing quality

So disappointed! The first day I used this cute purse the back zipper stopped working and stays open. I really wanted this to be something I can use everyday, but unfortunate I canât use it at all***Update 7/26/18,The seller contacted me to offer to ship a replacement and I agreed. The replacement was of less quality than the first item. I attached pictures because the purse is actually missing the ring for the shoulder strap on one side and it wasnât even sewn together on that same side. Unbelievable! I contacted the seller and they never responded. I would think a full refund would have been offered at this point, but they havenât responded.

The color was just like the picture.There are 3 compartments plus a zipper compartment on back of the bag. I placed my money/cards in the middle, change in the zipper part, and a few other small items in a pocket and my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in another pocket. I could wear it as a crossbody or around my waist as a fanny bag. It was very convenient. My daughter liked it so much, I orderd her one also.

This will do the job for sure but I was disappointed to see a lot of threads pooping out seams, the inside top where the two pockets are sewn together look like they won't last long. My biggest peeve is that the patch on the front is lopsided. Just trying to ignore it.edit! Even the zipper is broken. Wow. Just wow.

Zipper seperated on first use and stitching coming apart between compartments like it was not back stitched to lock. Almost Impossible to get in there too re stitch, but I did so I could keep using until another order from another place came.

the zipper broke soon after I started using it. I do use it, but it is thicker than I expected - not sure how to explain - because the pockets are lined, I think. other than the zipper problem, which is a pain, the purse is just okay. it has large snaps to close the top and they are hard to snap.

I hate carrying a purse so this is perfect for me. I recently got an iPhone and it fits perfectly. The cross body design with adjustable strap is exactly what I wanted - hands free! Two soft inside pockets and zipper on the back to secure my cash & credit cards. Love it and iâm Ordering another color AND one for my sister.

I'd written a very positive review when I first got this little bag 2 years ago. I loved it so much that I ordered it again when the first one started showing a little wear and tear. I've now had THIS one for under 7 weeks and the zipper on it completely failed. I wasn't rough at all with this bag and didn't have a lot of stuff in it, so there was absolutely NO reason for the zipper to just completely come apart. Very disappointed.

The snaps seemed weak and my iPhone 8 pulse barley fit. I really liked the color. Just wanted it a little bit bigger with better snaps so I returned it.
