Bought it mid-April. Carried it everyday and didn't have a lot in it (it is a large bag). The strap broke at the end of May and this bag is not one that can be used without a strap. Basically the strap tore free from the sticking holding it to the body of the purse. I'd only had it 6 weeks and originally reviewed it at 2 stars because I couldn't return it and it wasn't usable.I have edited my review because the company contacted me and made things right - they gave me the option of a full refund or a new bag, both options being very generous in my opinion. Given that the purse is a beautiful bag - large and made of soft, flexible leather - I have upgraded my review to four stars to reflect that the company is taking care of their customers. I left it at four stars because it DID break in only six weeks, but I cannot fault the company for that, and they have really taken care of me. Hopefully my bag was the exception.

Very soft. Holds a lot for its size, but the lining is so loose and thin that itâs difficult to open the top and inner zippers without catching the cloth

Perfect size for traveling! Holds all your paperwork in one section, money in another, phone chargers and phone in another and and snacks in another. It is not big but holds plenty. Easy to use as a shoulder or a cross body bag. Very strong!

Like this purse, glad i bought it. Soft leather. Like the color I chose.Would be 5 stars if.......(1) been airing this out going on 2 days now, still smells, I just cut up a dryer sheet and put a piece in each pocket, hope that helps and that it doesnât take too much longer to smell okay so I can begin to use it.(2) the main opening is a bit smaller than I would want if I designed it.(3) Not certain where the little black pocket is supposed to go?? I read every question and review hunting for the answer. Saw it mentioned by others but the company has not given an answer.
Be prepared for a powerfully bad odor inside bag..

The purse itself is every thing I want. The BIG problem, and I mean HUGE is the awful smell inside the purse. Iâve tried âodor outâ and odor neutrality spray. Didnât make a dent in the powerful stinky dirty sock smell. Right now itâs got 2 cedar blocks in each zippered pouch, and a refrigerator baking soda powder box in the largest center pouch. Iâve had it hanging for a few days, but not much change. And how much longer should I wait before I just throw out the bag. Iâd read about the bad odor in other reviews, but assumed it was a fluke. Itâs not. The odor is BAD. Until they change processing or materials of purse, I wouldnât buy this purse. I wish Iâd not purchased!...

pro: the bag is very spacious. The inside is easy to see (itâs brown). It holds everything I wanted, and then some. The material is soft and looks really nice.Cons: it smelled when I first opened it. The bag weighs heavy on the shoulders. I didnât have it full of stuff and only wore it for an hour or so and it cause my shoulders to ache all day long.Overall it is an okay bag. I will never use it again though because it made me ache so much. Even if I had nothing in it but a wallet and my book. I think it will work nicely for some people. Just not me.

I love this bag! It is a really nice size, I carry around stainless steel straws & they fit in the bottom of this bag perfectly (I have had issues with that) Also, the pockets on the front are just what I was looking for. I am able to put my keys in one & cell in a different one so I can easily find them. There is plenty of space for my wallet plus all they other stuff I "need" with out being over crowded. The material is really soft & the shoulder strap seems like it would take a lot of wear before it would break. The price was really nice, too.

When my old bag wore out, I looked at a lot of options before going with this bag and it was great - lots of zippered compartments, decent size without being huge, and it seemed nice and sturdy. Unfortunately, during my last trip I noticed that the stitching was coming undone on one of the straps that hold the main rings to attach the shoulder strap. It tore completely off later that day when I picked it up to move it and now I'm left with no purse yet again after a whopping nine months. A quick look at the review images shows others having the exact same issue so clearly this is not a one off occurrence. It's too bad because I did really like the bag, but without a way to carry it it's now just so much junk.

I really liked the look of this purse and the organization of the pockets, as well as how it lay over my shoulder and against my side. However within a couple weeks two of the zippers were coming un-sewn and I had to bring it in to a repair shop and pay another $30 to get it fixed. I hope I donât have any more problems. I donât think I would recommend buying it anymore.

I like the extra pockets. Didnât want to spend a lot of $$. Iâm not a big purse person but this one is not too large to take with me on errands. I can throw throw my phone, chapstick, loose change, nail file, polish, mints, wallet, and keys in purse and itâs still got room and doesnât look stuffed. The cross body strap is generous and comfortable. Iâm short and it doesnât look overly large in my frame.

I did not like this purse at all. The color was way different from the picture...it was more of a burgundy color. The purse will hold an iPad or tablet, sure, but it's way too deep for just an ordinary purse and the opening way too small for a wallet. It just wasn't roomy...I ended up returning it.

This bag is great, it's a good size and has a nice amount of pockets. The strap works for cross body or shoulder. I use this as my everyday purse. The material is a soft leathery feel and it seems quite durable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product! It was bigger and better made than I expected, there is a ton of room inside of the main pocket and the rest of the pockets are very roomy as well.Edit: the strap broke. I returned the purse and then Fancarry reached out to me and sent me a brand new purse. I have been using it everyday since I got it.
