NOT Squat Proof

I bought these after hearing all of the rave reviews about a different style of Colorfulkoala leggings via several YouTubers, but because I could never snag my size in that one, I decided to give these a go since I always enjoy pockets on my leggings. I felt like they were a bit overpriced for what they are, but I was OK with it if they were as great as they were made to be.I believe they shipped about a week after purchase, which I expected since Amazon showed they wouldn't be in stock until then, and they came packaged nicely in a little zip bag.First impressions of the actual leggings: they are pretty dang soft. I own several pairs of Aligns and I wouldn't say these are as soft, but they're soft enough. I also love the style because of the pockets and the v seam above the butt, but most of all, I LOVE the seamless waistband. I rarely wear leggings with that elastic band up top because I just don't find them comfortable, unless I need something to be really budge proof (generally comfort > budge proof). However... When I went to take a peak at them in my bathroom mirror, my worst fear with leggings was confirmed: they are not even a little squat proof. I could literally stand in front of the mirror and clearly see the tag inside the pants (see picture). Now, if you're one of those people who doesn't care if leggings aren't completely opaque and just wear nude undies, you may be OK with these, but I have a few larger freckles on my cheeks so can't get away with leggings that aren't at least decently opaque. I purchased a medium, which is always my legging size (6 in Aligns, 8 in WU), and they fit really well. They're fairly snug without being too snug and I even have some extra room to breath. If it wasn't for that, I'd think about trying a large out, but I think they'd be too loose.Overall these could have been great, but lack of opacity in leggings is a deal breaker for me, so these will be going back.

Edit: 2-7-2019: The green are incredible. This style is still my favorite of all the Colorfulkoala leggings. I wear my black and navy pair so often and I cannot wait to get some of the other colors!!!! Edit: 12-29-2018: these are still my favorite leggings and theyâre still going strong! I have them in navy and in black. Theyâre so stretchy and comfy and I wear them outside of the gym as well. These do not fit as compression-fit as the original or the new brushed design. If you want something tighter on the waist either size down in these or try the other two options! Love my colorfulkoala leggings so much!!!Original review: Iâm honestly thinking about buying a second pair of these in black because theyâre that good. These are my holy grail leggings: soft, seamless waist, squatproof, flattering, not too long on my legs, and it has pockets!!! I sized up to a large (Iâm a very standard medium) because on the colorfulkoala Instagram it said these had more compression than the original design without the pockets. I could have probably worn the medium if I wanted a compression fit but I wanted more of a comfortable fit so I sized up. The pockets hold my phone with an otterbox case very well! I am 5â 1â so the leggings are the perfect length on me! They donât roll down in the waist and the fabric on the waist sits so flat and seamless I have no complaints, everything about these leggings is true perfection. Never change the design of these! I am 5"1 115 lbs, with an average to athletic build. my measurements are 35-25-37 and an extra small fits perfectly. They are form fitting with no seam at the waist. I wouldn't say they have much tummy control but are still flattering.They come just above my belly button and I have a somewhat long torso. They do fall down and can come just below the belly button. That might bother some people but I don't really mind adjusting my leggings, I tend to adjust my leggings even if they are the type to stay put. The pockets blend in nicely and it's not likely anything will fall out of them. they come down to my ankle and aren't too tight or too loose. they are somewhat similar to the beyond yoga spacedye leggings but with a solid color.

So I already have the version of these without the pocket in green (I believe theyâre called the âButtery Softâ and these are like âbrushed buttery soft) and Iâm in love with those so I thought Iâd buy these since I find myself always looking for a pocket with my green ones. THESE ARE AMAZING TOO. I am so far incredibly in love with this brand. These have a different feel Compared to the just âbuttery softâ versions. I would say that the âbuttery softâ feels more like a silky soft while these are more of a cozy soft.. hopefully that makes sense but both materials I love in different ways. The fit of these leggings are incredible as well. The compression is perfect; not too tight. And it literally makes you feel kinda like youâre walking around naked just from how comfortable and sleek fitting they are. I am a size 6/8 in most pants, 150lbs, 5â5â and I am a medium in a pretty much everything (a large when things run small) and so I believe these fit true to size. They seem to be squat proof, although, I wouldnât wear these to the gym. You can, but to me the material is more of a comfy casual legging, not so much a workout legging. But if I do decide to work out in them Iâll update my review. Another thing is that I worked out in the pocketless buttery soft green ones and sweat marks showed dramatically so I donât know if thatâd happen with these (especially since theyâre black) but just beware! Otherwise, this is the ONLY place Iâll be purchasing my casual leggings from this point on! Love them!

I heard a few Youtubers commenting on these and decided to try them... They feel a little cheap and they sit really low on me. if I bend over, my butt crack is popping out and I don't trust that they'd be squat-proof. I'm not sure I'd want to size up either because they'd be pretty loose and have no compression. I think I'll be giving these away, so disappointed.

Very happy with this product. True to size. Love the pockets. Great for yoga, gym, cold days, anything really. Arrived in a couple of days while delivering to Australia. Good reliable service.

I wasn't expecting great quality considering the low price however, the feel of the fabric bothered me so much I had to take them off right away. They're not nearly as high waisted as shown in the picture and far smaller then expected.

If you're expecting colorfulkoala brand of pants, these are not it. They're complete fakes, disgusting smell coming off of the material, and a garter for the waistband. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!
