Five Feet Tall, 192 lbs - 3X PERFECT, Not too big, Not too small, Just right

Just received my black Hanes Women's Short Sleeve Cooldri V-Neck Tee - I just love it. I am 5 feet tall and weigh 192 lbs. I have the 'fat lady's belly', a couple of them - and this tee shirt hang very nicely over both of them. It is cool (I live in central Florida) and I can't wait to go to "Y" and get really hot to see how it performs. Usually when I read these, the women just say they loved it, but never say how tall they are or what they weigh. Now, I will tell you that I usually vacillate between 1X and 2X - but after reading about this t-shirt, I bought a 3X and I am glad that I did. It really fits me very nicely. The length is just down the the bottom of my fanny - which is fine. The shoulders are just where they should be. The V-neck is not a really deep one but I would not consider it high (Looking straight ahead, if you open your index finger and your thumb and put your index finger under the tip of your chin your thumb will come to the bottom of the V) Now if you can figure that out - you're special! Anyway, I just ordered 3 more shirts.

I had the same problem with this one as I did the Hanes Sport Women's Cool DRI Performance Tee, (Round Neck).Great shirt, great material, I would not advise for those who have heavy or sizeable chest, you WILL spend alot of time tugging the shirt down in front, it tends because of the shape to bunch up around the chest area. Other than that, great shirt, it kept me coo and dri, handled washing very good, no color leeching, slight shrinkage, but nothing to talk about. Just not meant for aple chested females.

I really like this shirt, but it's frustrating because the sizing is unpredictable. I got an xl in pink & loved it so I ordered it in navy. The navy felt smaller. so I got it in an xxl & it was perfect, but it was ripped. The replacement came & it's HUGE. They must send them from different places, I do notice that the original xxl navy one was packaged different than the replacement one. Very frustrating !! :o (

I loved this shirt...the 2 times I got to wear it. I've only washed it twice, and this last time two separate seams came completely unraveled! So disappointed, the shirt was very cool feeling and comfy.

the shirts themselves are okay. The feel of the fabric is lighter than I expected and the fit of the shirts seems to vary by color. I wear a medium (size 8-10) and this size is usually a bit loose on me but these shirts fit fairly close, though the lighter colors were tighter across the chest and around the hips. I think some people prefer a t shirt to hug the body and these shirts do on me. If you prefer a looser fit or need more room in the bosom, I would go a size larger .

I love this shirt but I don't recommend ordering one or two sizes up based on the reviews here. I ordered two shirts and went up one size for one and two sizes for the other and they are both very big. The shirt is soft and I like that the V neck is not too deep. Also the length is nice and comes to my mid hips so it gives good coverage. No complaints about the shirt other than it runs true to size and not large as reviewers have stated.

I needed a non-revealing athletic top to wear to a work outing and this fit the bill. I like how the V-neck lets you breathe but doesn't show any of the girls at all. I thought this definitely ran large. I am 5'4" (athletic, average weight) and wear M-L tops, sometimes S depending on how I want the fit. I bought a L in this and it was definitely billowy around the stomach, which actually made me look bigger than I am. Since I wanted something very conservative, I didn't mind, and it covered about half of my tuckus in the back, which was nice. If I was buying for my own purposes at the gym, I would have bought a S or M. The color was neon bright, which I liked.
I love this shirt! The bright pink is VERY bright.

I LOVE this shirt. This shirt keeps me cooler than any other shirt I own. It seems to dry almost as quickly as I sweat. I put this shirt through extremes, 90 degree weather with 70-80% humidity and a full bee suit (it's basically a full length, ling sleeve dickies overall with a full face hood on top.). This is the only shirt that feels dry when I take off my suit. I did order a size larger than usual and got a.perfect fit. Just a heads up, the neon pink/hot pink is VERY bright. I joke that it looks like it could glow in the dark. I like the color. Washing has not shrunk, worn or faded this shirt. I have already ordered more.

Me gustó mucho el color, la tela es muy ligerita pero resistente. Sin duda alguna compraré más colores, usualmente uso talla 38-40 en blusas y camisetas, compré la talla XL de esta blusa y me quedo perfecta; no se te pega a las lonjas y por ende no tienes que andar despegándotela a cada rato.

El corte de la playera es regular, lo cual quiere decir que no se ciñe a la cintura y, tampoco, se siente ajustada. La tela (poliéster) no es delgada, ni gruesa, por lo que, creo que la playera resulta más cómoda en un clima templado. El color que pedÃ, rosa neón, tiene un toque satinado y se ve como su nombre lo indica (un rosa muy brillante y diferente al rosa mexicano); sin embargo, en la foto la playera se ve más rojiza. La talla que solicité, M, se siente como la talla 34 mexicana.

I don't know what these people are thinking. This alleged 3x is no more than a 1x. Seriously. It's a shame though, they appear well made, but that's always the way. For me to find a 3x teeshirt, I will have very few choices--either over-priced and poorly made, such as Pennington's, or poorly made from inferior fabrics by virtual slavelabour as from Wal-Mart. Sigh.

For the price this is a great v neck. It isnt made of regular cotton/material but rather a sweat absorbing lightweight mixture. I will wear this to the gym. Only con is that it is a little longer than I expected.

It's an ok t-shirt what did I expect! Its a bit big, not in a good way because it's big in the shoulders and armpits. I'll wear it under a sweater. I bought a couple other colours too.So it will be fun to dress them up with a cardigan. Its a light jersey material so I won't get to warm.

Me encanta, es extremadamente cómoda, ya que al pedir talla grande me quedó holgada, pero no exageradamente. La calidad de la tela es muy buena, ya la ocupé para hacer ejercicio y cumple lo que promete.

otras playeras Hanes son de algodon, pero esta es de poliester. la clase es bonita pero a mi me gusta el algodon. la talla es pequeña pues siempre compro talla mediana pero esta me quedo chica, muy apretada

Very good quality shirt - my fiancé used this a replacement for a standard issued work shirt at the salad bar she works at and it is very fitted and looks way better than their standard shirts. The material is high quality and colour hasn't faded in the wash. Exactly as expected so I ordered a second one.

I like the shirt but even though I ordered an extra-large, it fits as a tight large. I wish it had more give. It is a great value for the buck though. Love the service and quick shipping.

I'm 5' 6" athletic built and I bought a L which fitted great. It wasn't too tight or loose and the length was as expected (hits at the hips). I bought white and it was too see thru.
