Based on other peoples reviews I got a large instead of a medium. It is too big for me but it will fit over other shirts when the weather turns cooler. For reference I am 5'7" and 147 pounds. I think it depends on how you are built through the midsection. If your waistline is fairly trim order your regular size. If you tend to carry a little more around the middle for the same weight and height then order up you will be more comfortable. Also, my arms are fairly thin because of my work. Perhaps a typical arm build at this weight and height would be more comfortable in a large. It really just depends on your build and how loose you like your activewear. I like mine a little loose but not baggy. I think the sizes run true. A medium would have fit much better. Otherwise, the seams lay flat and the fabric is smooth. Perfect for running without chafing. Color does not matter to me, only function. I do find that the color runs true to what I see on my screen. I am using an iPad if that helps anyone. Different screens embue different color shades.

I guess I didnât read the description because I thought I was getting just a plain long sleeve T-shirt. I ordered it because of the price. When I took it out of the box, man was it soft. I tried it on right away and it feels so good against my skin. Iâm about 5â 7.5â and 125 pounds and I got a small. It fits great in the torso, but it would be nice if the sleeves were about an inch longer. I think I may just have longer than average arms though. The color is true black. So overall Iâm pleasantly surprised with this low cost shirt.
Seems well made, loose fit especially on arms.

The color is great, the fit is good. This picture is of a large- I ordered both xl and lot try on. I am 175# and 5â4â. The hanes website claims upf 50....
I am 5â9â 165 pounds. Muscular. Large was long in length for me and I have a long torso. The arms were long but I have short arm

Itâs thin and breathable, cut for a womanâs shape. Soft material. Iâve bought the menâs version in the past and they last for many years of regular wear. I wash in cold water, avoid using fabric softener, and air dry them. Highly recommend!

Love these shirts.....have several in different colors to wear under scrubs tops and button front shirts. They don't cling to other materials, look really nice, wash beautifully.

Hanes delivered a perfect shirt for my morning walk. Light weight, it's getting warm outside, soft, no friction, super comfortable, fits perfectly even after washing in cold water and gentle cycle.I bought two and will definitely buy more.
Comfortable Sun Protection, But Not Super Flattering

I bought this shirt in several colors for sun protection. I am a US size 6 and the small fits loosely, a lot like they fit on the model in the pictures. This made them comfortable enough in the hot weather, but not flattering in pictures -- they just look baggy. While I didn't buy these to be active wear, I did end up wearing one for some short hikes and found that they kept me warmer early in the day and cool as the afternoon started heating up.The first Underwater Blue one that I received had sleeves noticeably shorter than the other colors that I had ordered. I returned it and ordered another in the same color, which arrived with longer sleeves. The Razzle Pink is much brighter than the pictures; it's a bright coral. I did not like it. I returned it and ordered the Fresh Berry, which was not as bright as the picture makes it seem, but is a nice fuchsia.For the price, they were a great option and provided the extra sun protection that I needed.

This is an excellent product for the price. The fabric is good quality and light. Perfect for bicycle riding and other sports. I usually wear size small, but decided to buy medium and it was a good decision. The small would have been to tight. I'm 5'3 and weigh a 133. I liked the product so much I purchased two more in different colors for myself and one for a gift.

Polyester gives shirt a sheen to it. But looks like a proper workout top. Fits nicely. Not too tight under arms which I hate. Nice length in torso so when you lift arms no midriff is showing. Overall good quality for price so long as you don't mind the sheen appearance

Iâm usually an L but I didnât want it to be skintight so I ordered an XL. Iâm quite short so the sleeves on the XL were too long for me. I had to sew it up to make it shorter and itâs all good now. Other than than, itâs pretty great, very lightweight, and breathable. Canât wait to use this for workouts! Iâll be buying more. Another review says that thereâs 2 shirts included, it only comes with 1.

Im 5" 4 and 165lbs, bust size 36DD. I usually order a size large but based on the sizing chart provided I was a size XL in this top; and even then the shirt should have been snug as in some areas as i was over the maximum measurement. Also, I noticed a lot of the other reviews said to size up from what you usually wear. So i ordered the XL thinking it would be a sure thing, and when i tried it on the shirt was WAYYY TOO BIG . Not only that but the material wasn't really your typical sport performance shirt, it was more like cotton with little to no stretch in the fabric (not what i was looking for). With the large sizing and the stiff fabric issue I decided to return for a refund. very disappointing.

I ordered a large following their size chart but it's big and loose. The color is not like the picture. Even though I didn't pay much for this shirt, I will return it because I don't think I am going to wear it at all. The material is actually not bad so maybe I will try to order a medium in a different color.

Just love these Hanes shirts. They fit very well - a little loose, just the way I like them. I've bought 6 now in different colours and wear them constantly. They are wonderful for summer - keep you cool but covered from the sun. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am very fair skinned and always burn in the sun. I purchased this shirt to wear on my daily runs and so far it has proven to be very effective in the sun. Fairly breathable and has worked to protect me from burning. I am planning on purchasing a couple more in different colours. It also washed well.

La calidad es excelente, pero no la he utilizado pues me quedó algo grande, muy larga y ancha de la parte de abajo, sin embargo, no descarto utilizarla algún dÃa, tal vez me la amarre de abajo, se ve muy bien. La próxima pedirÃa talla mediana, mido 1.75 y mis medidas son 92, 80, 103.

Guess I didn't read properly 'cause was really surprised to get two. I ordered small and it is a little large but really nice material, with a good length in the sleeve as well as the body length. I recommend this tee.

It shirt fits me well. I have a larger chest and an average sized waist. It's perfect as a base layer or on its own. Dries quickly after being washed and will be great to use while running this spring.

The sleeves are a little more narrow than expected, but otherwise the size is as expected.These are cool in the summer heat, especially if you wet the shirt (stays cool as it dries), and blocks enough UV to prevent sunburn.I wish there were more colour options for the women's shirts.

Pedà talla G y me quedo perfecta, normalmente uso XL. El diseño es bonito.Al practicar deporte usando esta playera, me acalora mucho, no es fresca. Si seca rápido, pero no libera el calor, sofoca.
