I'm 5'8", 150 lbs. Based on the reviews I opted for a small/tall. The waist fits great. I have to hem the bottom a little bit. Only thing with this color is it's see through. I would wear matching underwear or running shorts underneath.

FINALLY scrubs I don't regret ordering online haha. I am 5'11" and ordered the navy blue pants in Tall Small and they hit the floor. As long as they aren't high waters they can drag on the floor for all I care! (I ordered a small in the Cherokee WW V-neck scrub top. Fits great! And it is the same navy color as the pants although the color in the pictures are not the same).

I have been wearing size xs cherokee scrubs with no problem... fit perfect. The cherokee pants xs I ordered through amazon prime were HUGE. I believe these are not true cherokee pants. I noticed ALL of my cherokee scrubs have a black border around the cherokee tag on back pocket... these however have a navy blue border around cherokee tag on back pocket. WILL BE RETURNING, BUYER BEWARE!!
Runs way too large and no communication from company

As embarrassing the photos are of these scrubs on me I am posting to show how large they run as I wish someone had shown or told me :) I made an order of several pair of scrub bottoms (including these red ones) in different colours and styles trying to find the right fit. The colour is a vibrant red and after washing in hot water and drying the colour remains but the size did not change. I ordered a XXS Petite and the pictures are taken 1, as they arrived in a plastic bag 2, the side view with nothing in my pockets but the back looks like it is full :( 3, the extra length and 4 I tied them as tight as possible and am showing that they still have several inches where they slide up and down. I had no communication with the company despite several attempts on this pair, a green pair that arrived without any tags and no bag and note the white pair is EXTREMELY see through! Since I needed something to wear immediately I'm keeping these and taking the loss. I give an average 3 star review because the colour is good and they will fit many people...plus I hate leaving negative reviews even when the company ignores my questions about refunds, returns or exchanges. For reference I am about 5'1", 102lbs and waist is abt 24"and again I ordered the XXS Petite, washed in hot water and machine dried and they are still embarrassingly large.

Something has changed. I have 3 pairs of these pants, all in the same size: 2XL petite. I've been wearing them for 5 years, too, and bought my last pair about a year ago. When I was doused in blood at work, I chose to throw a pair away rather than try to wash them, so I needed to replace my pewter pants. This new pair is at least a size larger than my others, and over 4 inches longer. The fabric is more scratchy and the elastic in the back waist band is thinner and more flimsy. I'm so sad! I've built my uniform for work around these pants and two styles of Cherokee tops. Now I have to hunt for something new.

Having previously worked in an environment where uniforms were required, I came to appreciate knowing exactly what I was going to wear to work each day, without all of the matching and accessorizing to bother with. So, even though my current job doesn't require them, I still tend to have certain clothes that I wear only for work, and these work wonderfully for that.No, I am not in the health care field, so I don't bother with scrub tops. I work in manufacturing, and a t-shirt, hoodie, or tank top goes with these just great. I like the fact that they loosely fit my shape and have a modern flare style that goes well with my steel toe boots. The 3 pockets are functional, and the drawstring is subtle. I always get black, again, so that I'm not having to bother with matching. I love that they are sturdy yet lightweight and breathable, unlike your average, shapeless, polyester uniform pants. They are also a breeze to hand wash and take little time to line or machine dry.The only thing you need to take care about is the sizing - which is what cost them a star. The sizes are not "real pant" sizes, despite what the sizing chart says. My first pair was from a thrift store, so that's how I knew I was an XS. According to their chart, XS is a US size 0-2 - which I most certainly am not. I am more of a 8-10 in real pants. I have since bought 5 more pairs from Amazon, all XS, and they all fit me. I am 5'6" and 150lbs., and I have never had much of a defined waist (think: tree trunk); so if you are height/weight similar, but are more curvy, definitely size up. I would just caution you to not size up too much. Maybe order 2 or 3 close sizes, and return the ones you didn't fit - then you will know for future orders.Even with that oddity, the price is right, the quality good, and the look is very nice.

Size is Totally off..XSmall fits like a Large..I am a 160lbs,31 waist man and the XSmall fits me like a glove..Ridiculous sizing

I'm 5'5", 140ish lbs, and the small petite fit as expected: fitted, but not skintight... but they were SOOOOO LONG. They still are just barely off the ground with a petite. The material on these is a thick-threaded, stiff fabric, it almost reminds me of the fabric tents are made of, or work coveralls (but thinner), or low thread count sheets... For the fabric being so stiff, i was super surprised with how comfortable these scrubs actually were. Not like your fave pair of pjs or anything, but not bad at all. I ordered both the pants and top on Amazon, and they match perfectly in style, material, and color. (I've included both tags in picture so you can compare item #s). For a $30 set of scrubs, these aren't bad... but they're not as amazing as some of the reviews state. I guess i was expecting more.

Very nice pants and with a bit of stretch, I bought them in tall and believe me they come as tall, finally pants that aren't up my legs! I Recomend these! Only downfall is lack of pockets, pockets are important, as is legnth

I followed the advice of other reviews and ordered a size smaller. I am normally an XS in greys anatomy or NRG scrubs, so I ordered an XXS and they are literally falling off my waist. Tight in the thighs, but when I bend over almost my entire butt is showing, even with the draw string done up as tight as possible. I will be returning these.

I was disappointed with this pants. It was too big too long and if cut of the pants did not look good. And not enough pockets as well. Material and the quality feels very cheap. I returned it for a refund and got a different one

Purchased due to having a lot of surgeries, and they were on sale, the nurses really liked them ... but they show cat hair like it's amazing no matter how much fabric softer or tape you use so if you're around service animals or pads then I wouldn't recommend getting it for work.Otherwise it's very easy care and dries quickly hanging up with limited ventilation... even if you don't have laundry or heat because your landlord is A (dirtbag) KELIUS.

Runs big, hoping they shrink slightly with washing/drying.Also the flare is leg is very big, more like a bell bottom then a flare leg.

Good pants for a decent price- they are the stiffer scrub material. Also, ignored previous reviews and bought my size. That was a mistake- buy a size smaller!

I am definitely a size 2x, but ordered a size smaller and the pants fit perfectly. the only thing I wish is that they had side pockets in the legs.

Love the pants, but it lacks pockets, I missed that detail, will pay more attention to what i buy next time. But apart from that I got it is Tall-medium, and it was perfect. I am 6ft tall and a size 10 with an athletic build.
