The more I carry this bag, the more I love this bag! It is a great balance of chic and casual. It is roomy enough to zip up while holding file folders and other things but not huge and luggage-like. The material is kind of a charcoal gray canvas (reminds me of denim) with black leather trim in a flat black finish. Roomy, well-made and comfortable to carry. I would definitely buy this again!

Love this bag! It's exactly what I was looking for! A zippered pocket on the outside and a large interior pocket. I'm able to carry all of my smaller zippered pouches (one for makeup, one for eye drops, headache remedy, etc.), my wallet, keys, umbrella and phone and still have tons of room for a notebook, lunch, water bottle. I like that it's canvas so it should hold up really well. I have the black and would love to get the blue one too!

This tote was purchased for traveling. It's a great size for bringing on the plane and held everything that I needed: iPad, water bottle, books, magazines, snacks. The overall quality is decent and is a very sturdy material. I do believe the price is high for what you get.

I love bags. I buy them, try them out, and then give it about 3 months to see if it fits my needs. This bag is very sturdy. It is large enough to fit everything I need when traveling (laptop, daytimer, cell phone, book, water bottle, and more) but it is small enough that it is not bulky or clunky. At work I hide it under my desk and when going places it matches all most any outfit. It sits perfectly on my shoulder without slipping and the handles are not stiff but comfortable to hold in my hand. My search for a purse is finally OVER!

My favorite purse! I know, it's supposed to be a briefcase, but it has become my go everywhere purse because it has no separation in the middle to constrain my taking whatever I need with me. The shoulder strap doesn't slide off my shoulder. The black denim exterior of the bag repels dirt and water if I am outdoors. I bought two other briefcases this summer trying to find something like this. This is the only one that performs as I hoped.

Very good material! I'm a busy tomboy mom that doesn't really dress up, this works for me, I can take it anywhere, work, college, to soccer games, the faux leather on the bottom keeps it clean too

This bag is much smaller than I anticipated. I was looking for a bag that would be good for carrying supplies such as binders and books for teaching, but this could barely fit 1 binder and 1 book let alone anything else I would need. There are 2 different dimensions listed on this product. However, it is a nice color, and it seemed like a great quality bag. I would have loved to keep it, but I am not sure I'd get much use out of it since it won't fit my work stuff.

I don't usually write reviews, but this product earned one. My perfect bag needed to meet a long list of criteria: 1) Large enough to carry stuff for an overnight flight, but still small enough to look like a purse, not luggage. 2) Zip COMPLETELY shut with no open pockets. 3) Have a small external pocket (that zipped!) for phone and passport, and 4) have a cross-body strap to carry hands-free. This bag nailed it. Its also nice and sturdy-feeling and well made. Attractive gray will go with anything. I'm very, very happy with my purchase.
