The crossbody strap is as only long as the purse handle, it won't reach across both shoulders to actually use as a crossbow. Which is why I chose this bag in the first place. It's completely useless and just hangs in the way of the zipper if left attached.Secondly, all the zippers on and in this bag ate already separating and breaking. I literally haven't even put anything into this purse yet and it's falling apart.The "metal" rings and zippers aren't metal at all. Just gold- painted plastic. I don't trust that they'll last 2 weeks.....SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND DO NOT BUY THIS PURSE

I absolutely love this bag! In fact, I have MK hobo bags, Coach, Fossil, DB purses and this one seems to be my favorite! It holds everything, super cute, and comfortable to have on my shoulder ( I don't realize it's there) and a fantastic crossbody! I am a mom, wife so for some reason, I am the catch-all for my kid's things when we are out and my husband's wallet, keys glasses... This use holds it all and with room to spare!!And the price is the best of all!!! I have a quality made purse that looks great and can be a crossbody or shoulder bag!!

I absolutely love my . It is the look without the price tag. Now that I have utilized my bag. The only drawback is that the inside lining; which is the inside skin???, it breaks apart and sheds. I was trying to figure out what the white particles that continuously fell out of the bag and made a mess on my clothes, furniture, etc. I love my bag but it is poorly made.
This is a very big and sturdy bag.

This is a very big and sturdy bag...but I must say that you cannot use this as a "purse". I used this as my carry on purse, and it held everything I needed. The problem is...and it is a BIG problem...everything I put into this purse was lost in the depths. This is more suited to carry large items such as clothing. This bag would be great as a weekend bag, and that is how I will use it in the future. It is a very nice quality bag.

I am returning this item bc it's not exactly what I thought it was. It's bigger than expected but it is a really nice purse. I read in the reviews about a weird smell and mine didn't have that. It just smells like leather. It seems like a good quality purse. It will be a great for someone but not for me.

When this purse arrived I was so excited. It looked so pretty and was huge. We were planning several length trips and thought it would be perfect. The first problem I encountered is that both sides of the purse , next to the main zipper, pocket sag deeply and you absolutely cannot find anything. Then I noticed the side pockets inside and out are too small for my phone or keys. The over shoulder strap was too short to be used effectively. The handle was too short also to be carried on my arm. The main zipper catches all the time and the lining easily snags. Now after only 3 months of use, the entire strap came out the stitching so the purse is useless. It cannot be repaired. It was relatively inexpensive and I received compliments on the appearance. Do not waste your money though. This is not a purse substantial enough to withstand normal daily use.

The bag strap broke day one. The little rivet that holds the long body strap slipped out and now it wont hold. It's a large bag, but the body strap clearly was not designed to hold much weight at all.The bag itself is nice and big and well organized. I wish it was a bag I could use, but I selected this specifically because it had a cross body option.
