Soft Leather and Lots of Room

My girlfriend loves this bag. It's more than a handbag; it's almost the size of a tote bag. The bag is made of quality leather, which is stitched together nicely, making for a durable and dependable bag. The bag comes with two matching straps; one is short, so the bag can be worn under the arm and close to the body and the other is much longer and the length is adjustable.Outside the bag there is one zippered pocket, measuring six inches deep and eight inches wide. Inside the bag there are three compartments. The main one measures the length of the bag, approximately sixteen inches. The second is of equal size and is zippered; this compartment features pockets for small accessories, such as small cosmetic items, pens or a small calculator. The third compartment is small and also zippered and it measures. six inches by six inches.There is a small tassel attached to one of the rings that hold the straps. I didn't like it and thought that at distracted from the other details. However, if you agree, note that it is easily removable.The packaging includes care directions, some of which are silly: "Do not wash, dry clean, bleach or iron" had me laughing out loud. But the rest of the care instructions are quite practical.This bag is priced about right and is a good bargain. It is highly recommended and worthy of five stars.

This is a beautiful, high-quality PU leather bag! Medium to large squarish shape.

This costs a bit more than some with what seems like less, more in line with others the same or better. But the reason I think this is a great deal are the many details. And this attractive bag is medium to large. My very favorite feature here, is the snaps that make it easy to remove the shorter handles. Wow! How easy!When filled, this bag turns into a hobo shape; concave below the straps. There are buckles, metal links and a tassel. There are zippers. There are adjustable features on the extra long strap, and there are handles. There is additional storage inside the bag. You can put a cell phone and something else around the same size, in double side-by-side open pockets attached to one side. I don't like to carry much anymore. As a semi-square shape, the PU leather bag is textured.There are many features listed -- and shown -- on the product page. I need to learn to do that more often since the photo I saw didn't appear that this bag is kind of large. Not too much, but more than I thought. It is sort of heavy, but solid in construction so you will have it for a long time, keeping the shape.Small bags for me go with a movie night, with keys, lipstick, a phone. Larger ones are not for me lately, but I will like to use this on certain days when I have a lot to carry. The long cross body strap makes it look better on me than other large bags I have owned.This is a great price for a nice, black bag that will go with almost everything I wear. There is a brown one I believe. These are not really expensive for what they offer you. I am pretty happy with most of my selections more or less. This one is no exception even though I think it is important to know this going in just in case you are thinking this is a medium bag. Unfortunately I am not good about looking at measurements when I order something. So that is my only issue -- the photo is not a good gauge unfortunately.Still, this is a lovely bag. Enjoy!

Made nicely but color is too orange & it's not genuine leather.

My first reaction to this purse is disappointment. It isn’t brown as the picture indicates, it’s more orange than brown. And it isn’t leather, it’s PU leather. PU leather is an artificial leather material which has been coated with polyurethane (which is the PU in the name.). So for me, the price is higher than for what I would want to pay for polyurethane. It’s also a little heavy.All the metal is gold-tone & there’s also a strap that can be changed out to a larger one (included) to wear on the shoulder to make this a crossbody bag. It’s put together well & is a very roomy 15” wide x 12” length x 5” deep. There’s an exterior zippered pocket & on the inside, the bag is divided in two by a zippered center compartment. There’s another zippered side pocket & on the other side there’s two open pockets. The main part of the bag opens with a zipper & it’s normally my least favorite kind but this one is stitched so stuff doesn’t slip out if it falls over to the side. There’s tons of room in the bag & it can hold a tablet, Kindle, bottled water, the normal purse “stuff”, reusable grocery bags, sunglasses, cell phone & wallet. It could be used as a small diaper bag, if necessary. For someone who can’t carry much weight, this bag may be too heavy if loaded down with all it can hold.I see that this could be a good purse for someone who prefers more orange tones & they’ll be quite happy with the color. And since it’s well made, someone else might think it’s a good price although it isn’t real leather. My stars only reflect how I personally feel about the material & color.
