Good backpack with a smelly lining

It's a very nice backpack, especially concedering the price.What I like about this back pack: 1) very practical compartments - different width for different size items to cary, additional small pockets with and without zippers2) the size - it's not overly big but it's not tiny either3) style - fancy enough without being froo-frooish4) good for travel in general and sight seeing in particular without looking like a hiker - if you need to walk a lot you can fit it at least two one liter bottles of water and some snacks but your back will look like a fashion backpack and not like a camelback5) straps are lined with some sort of cotton looking trim - it will come handy in a hot weather when persperation can make leather stick to bare shouldersMy only and major complaint - the lining smells like fish/dirty underware. Gross! That's why I gave four stars while it could've been five. Right now my backpack is stuffed with dryer sheets to combat this unpleasant smell. If worse gets worse I'll put it into a freezer for some time - an old school method to get rid off a bad odors.

I havenât had this âreal leatherâ purse for over a month and the strap broke. Horrible !!!! I did not carry a lot of stuff I n my purse there should have been no reason it broke so soon. Of course, the 30 days ended last week to return the purse. Donât buy unless you have money to waste.

I was looking for a backpack this size because the one I have is too big, I love that I can put my IPad in the front zipper separate from my wallet and other items. Canât go wrong with all the extra pockets. love it!UPDATE: I liked this bag so much that I got another one, I bought it and put it away because the first one was still good. I just started using this one but Unfortunately is not the same quality as the other bag I had before. I also gave one to my daughter and she still has it, no problem at all.This one definitely was poorly done, the straps broke, the back zipper opens but there isnât any space to put anything and the quality is much thinner, Iâm definitely not getting a replacement this time.

has alot of room the quality is amazingly good for the price sturdy for how i use it im not gentle use it to carry items for work i can see it will hold up to the abuse

since I bought my purse, 5 of my friends have bought one too! great purse. The only thing I would change is having dual sippers , one on either side so I can zip up the pockets to the center of the pocket.

I have not used this backpack as yet. We will be traveling to Europe and I bought it specifically for that trip. This backpack is well made, seems sturdy enough for the rigors of travel, and was roomy enough to put an array of needed items without overloading or weighing it down too much to carry.I am hoping this will be a great buy!

I have only had the bag for a week. It seems to be made well. It had a strange smell at first and not a leather smell, more of a chemical smell. Itâs very roomy. I like all the different way compartments. The color is a maroon wine color.

The material used in the leather was terribly strong. Put outside -- nothing helps. The bag itself was great. REALLY SORRY IT SMELLED SO BAD. Reminds me that in the early days people used urine to tan hide.
