Poor workmanship! Hope it's a fluke

I was surprised by the poor quality. The leather strap was inconsistently colored and textured. Half of the strap had unfinished/raw edges. The leather cinch on the front flap was thin and the back was starting to feather. Giving duluth pack the benefit of the doubt and exchanging this one. I'm surprised the bag I received passed quality inspections!Edit: got my second Duluthpack and same issue with the strap but reversed. The long strap looks beautiful, dark, and smooth from the top but is fuzzy on the bottom. However, the short strap with the buckle looks beautiful on both sides. I emailed their customer service a few weeks ago and NO response. To be clear, I think the bags are beautiful if not for these "defects" in the leather consistency. I would like to receive one with a better quality strap or receive confirmation from the company that this is normal and how all the bags look.Edit 2: received from their customer service rep"Per my discussion with Ian, it sounds like you weren't satisfied with the replacement bag you received. This is our standard product so feel free to return to Amazon for a refund."A "lifetime warranty" product with inconsistencies in texture/color on the same, brand new bag should not come standard. 1 star.
