Recieved inferior product zipper is sewnin crooked

Zipper is sewn in crooked causing wrinkle in bag leather not guilty very thin has some kind of stuffing under leather it Dr oes not look feel o really smell like leather if it is leather it is not a good quality

Bought this backpack in toffee. Liked it so much I bought it in black. Small enough to use as a hand bag but can hold three pairs of glasses another stuff in main compartment. I do not have to open the main compartment to get to my cellphone and credit cards.
