So close to perfect

This bag has sturdy construction and and elegant, simple look. It's great for carrying to work when I want to look nice yet still have to haul a load of stuff. I'm able to squeeze a thin Lenovo Thinkpad x1 Carbon in the laptop compartment, though as a 14" laptop, it's a tight fit.The biggest issue are the tote straps, which are just way too thin considering the amount of weight you can carry in this bag. The crossbody strap has a better width. (But I guess thinner = more elegant?) It would also be great if both tote straps on the front and back of the bag were adjustable.
Perfect for traveling

Got this as a gift for a friend who always travels with reusable Lululemon bags as her carry on for plane rides. I thought that was ridiculous and wanted to get her a good travel carry-on bag (with a zipper!). She loved it and took it on her first trip recently and told me âit was perfect.â

I love this bag. I bring it to work as my purse with my snacks and workout clothes in it. It doesn't look like a typical duffle gym bag but it works great and is big enough to hold necessities and toiletries. I wanted to carry ONE bag! When I'm not at the gym I'm at my kids activities and can carry snacks, drinks, tablets, toys etc for my kids or I. I now can always take one bag/purse wherever I go.

I'm only giving it a 3 star rating because the opening of the bag is tight. It's a nice quality bag but I find that I have trouble getting my small laptop in and out. It also doesn't open wide so it's hard to find things in the bag.

Very sturdy tote with plenty of space. I've used it as a carry on bag for trips, and it can get a little heavy. As a result, I wish the strap was a little wider, as it digs into my shoulder. It's also a good tote for work.

Deceptively large! Fits perfect under airplane seat with room to spare! Heavy duty and can carry a lot of weight! Only down side is it doesnât have any shoulder padding for where it rests on neck

I love this bag so much I bought a second one to use someday in the future. My first bag is my everyday work bag. It looks new even after a year and holds everything I need. I recently bought a third bag for a friend.

Love this bag. Itâs sturdy, easy to clean, and looks great! I was unsure if the quality would measure up to the price but I feel itâs well worth it to have a reliable and stylish bag. Iâm a downtown commuter and this bag is a perfect fit for laptop, purse, accessories etc without being too large.

Wanted to use this for work. Lack of padded pockets or compartments doesnât make it practical for my use. Itâs just a big tote.
