Okay quality for the price

The sizing is smaller than expected; I ordered a large and it's more like a medium, so future buyers need to be aware of this. Decent sleeve length but the length of the shirt overall is quite disappointinh. I had ordered one size larger in hopes of using the shirt as an over-shirt, but it's just too short for that.

Having read the Amazon reviews, I had pretty high expectations for this shirt, even though I was harboring a small remnant of skepticism because of its very reasonable price. When I took it out of the package, I was downright amazed. The fabric is soft and beautiful, just the right weight and drape for a comfortable weekend denim shirt. The color is and finish are flawless. and a great deal of care went into quality stitching. I am an experienced seamstress, so I know what quality stitching looks like. I tried it on and the fit is perfect, even the sleeves are comfortably long enough which is something I frequently have trouble with. I could live in this shirt! If it washes well, I will call it love at first sight (and touch) and congratulate myself for being such a clever shopper. I could easily drop 4-5X the price of this shirt if I were schlepping through the mall trying to find find something decent that fits and feels like this shirt. I would definitely order from Port & Company again for myself or as a gift, and if I see that they offer this shirt with two front pockets at any point in time, I will be ordering a second for the more utilitarian aspects of my life.

This is a great shirt for the price. I ordered a Large and it's a great fit. It's pre-washed and classy.Measurements for my size Large were:Armpit to cuff - 19 1/2 inchesFront collar to hem - 24 1/2 inchesArmpit to armpit across the front with shirt buttoned - 24 inches which is 48 inches all around.. Roomy.Has extra buttons for cuff and front of shirt attached in front.Good luck finding one as good as this in any store.The customer service was exceptional too!!An all around satisfactory purchase from the quality of the shirt to the quality of the companies service.

It is for Winter wear. It is a good Winter weight for Texas. It is well made and fits great! I ordered the lighter color to wear with darker blue jeans. I normally wear a size 12 blouse, but I was concerned about the length of the sleeves, so I ordered the size Large and the sleeves are perfect and the body fits great as well. I am 5'6" at 150 pounds. I love this blouse; I can put a tank top under it, so I can wear the blouse open or take it off if the day warms up.

Very nice quality denim shirt. It has two buttons on the wrist, which is nice for my short arms where everything is too long. It also fits around my stomach, which sometimes is a problem. I bought a large. I am 5'2" and weigh 148 lbs.

I purchased two of these shirts, one in lite blue and the other dark blue and I'm ordering another one tonight. The color of the darker one is just the right shade of blue. Sometimes these denim shirts are so dark that they look almost black. I'm retired and find that these make great casual shirts as well as an over-shirt instead of a smock while working in the shop or for layering with Henlys or turtle-necks. The denim is also soft and cozy.

Bought LX. Great shirts. Bought both dark and light blue long and short sleeve shirts. Would give 5 stars and even pay a little more if they put one more button hole at the bottom. I am 5' 8" and the shirts are a little short on the short sleeved shirt but that extra button whole would cover down to my waist and not let my belly button show. Same with the long sleeve shirt however the shirt itself was a little longer. They give you an extra button which is nice but I would gladly give those up for a longer shirt and another button hole. They wash well and I ware them to work so they get washed a lot.

I usually wear Large due to my bust but this shirt is very big on, I took my time just to order the proper size but I was still wrong. These shirts are like men size i could've ordered a small. Please take the time to choose the proper size. I followed the size chart and I was still off. I wear 36D and it fits like an XL.
