Love, love, love this bag. It is perfect for what I need. It is soo light that it makes carrying it a joy. I have received many nice compliments on it. I expect it to last a lifetime. My only complaint is that the cell phone holder is outdated. It would not fit any smartphones that I could think of, especially mine. I keep my lipsticks in that pocket instead. It works out fine. The quality is what everyone had said in the reviews, great quality. I find the reviews so helpful when making any purchase especially an expensive one.UPDATE: still love the bag but the handle unbuckles at the most inconvient times. I was getting out of car, put on my shoulder and it dropped into wet road snow. Was afraid of big ugly stain cuz who knew what was in that mess but my daughter wiped it off almost immediately and all was well. My husband put tie wraps around stem of buckle to prevent movement and hopefully stay closed. Once it happens it continues more and more cuz hole gets stretched. I hope my husbands idea will solve problem. If not will have to sew it down but didn't want to do it now cuz it would be too obvious. I believe that it is a design flaw.

Piel lives up to its reputation once again. This is a great bag. I look for 3 things in a bag these days. Size, weight, ease of use. Even being a soft leather, the bag does not collapse on itself like some soft leather bags. The size is perfect. It holds a ton but is not a huge bag, has pockets inside but not one quite large enough for today's larger cell phones. The top zipper glides easily. The soft, wide leather shoulder strap easily adjusts to fit over your shoulder even with a coat, or shortened to hand carry. The strap holes are pretty loose so if you carry a lot of weight they may stretch out over time. Best of all the bag is very lightweight, my biggest concern with purses nowdays with one replaced shoulder joint and arthritis in the other. The saddle color is true to the photo shown. I wish they made this bag in more colors but I intend to buy the black later before it becomes unavailable. I have this bag in the mini version in 3 colors and it too has all the same great qualities as this bag and holds quite a lot for its size. Highly recommend both.

This is a very well-made handbag with soft, fragrant (I love the smell of good leather), luxurious 'naked' leather. It's a great size to use if you want a purse that fits perfectly within Piel's Hobo Laptop bag which is one of the reasons I bought this. It also matches perfectly (stitching, leather, and lining) with Piel's small makeup bag. The inner zipped pocket is large but the 'cellphone' pocket seems to be designed for phones made in the late 2000s. It's great for an AirPods case, though! Despite the size of the cell phone pocket, I still want to give this 5 stars because of how well made it is for the price point.

I love this purse. I'm only pointing out the lack of pockets because if I didn't use an insert I would have a problem. There is only one slip pocket and one zippered and the slip doesn't even fit my phone (Samsung ATIV SE).

I like the feel of the leather. The length of the bag does cause the bag to flop open. I really like the width and it holds all I want. Wish the straps were longer to be a shoulder bag.

I have been looking for a bag this color and size for quite a while! I have to say this bag is BEAUTIFUL! The leather is really scrumptious and it even comes with a dust bag! I look forward to buying more bags from this company in the future!

My wife really likes this bag.It has enough interior pockets to organize for her needs, and she loves the soft leather. The size is just right for her. Her only complaint is that the interior lining is "boring". She'd prefer a soft printed material there.

I don't use this purse because I can't keep the strap in the buckle no matter what I do. I will be walking along and my purse hits the floor. I had the same brand before and loved it so I ordered it. Not really impressed.
