Quality control issue?

The bag was the perfect size and functionality that I wanted. Unfortunately, it was returned because the stationary side of the strap was sewn on backwards which caused the adjuster to dig into the shoulder. The replacement that was ordered was noticeably smaller and not manufactured with the same quality material, returned it.
