The item arrived as scheduled and without damage. It was boxed and packaged securely.The bag is exactly as described. This is real leather. The size fits a medium purse, a flask, a few files, a sweater. It is exactly what I was looking for, and without having to pay hundreds of dollars for real leather.After a few weeks of use, I noticed the side seam was getting loose. I informed the seller and requested a return. Seller suggested I have it repaired and I would be credited for the full amount of the repair. Weeks went by and the return date lapsed. Seller reached out to me to see if the bag was repaired and reminded me that I would get a credit. I finally had it repaired. I am pleased to say the seller credited me for the entire amount of the repair. It cost me $20 at a shoe repair shop to double stitch all sides of the bag. The little time spent to get the repair done was well worth it.This is a great bag, and the sellers are honest. I will buy from them again and have recommended them to others. If you are looking to purchase this bag, do it from this seller.

The first time I used my bag people asked me where I got it from. They loved the uniqueness of the bag which is why I got it. Couldnât be happier with the bag!

I love this bag and get soooo many compliments on it!! Great unfinished and hand-made artisan style. I use it primarily for my work bag to take things back & forth to the office in place of a purse.Update: Everyone asks me where I got this bag!! One person with some young kids at home told me âYour bag is so nice!! Too bad I canât afford to pay a couple of hundred bucks for a purse. But where did you get it in case someone wants to splurge on my Christmas gift?â Some people would have lied to the poor girl, but I proudly told her Amazon. She was sure I was kidding, so I sent her the link. It is true, I do HAVE bags I paid a lot more for. This one is so great for the money, WHY pay more?

I go from place to place a lot and I needed a bag that would allow me to go from work to kids' activities easily without having to switch out bags often or take many bags with me for the different events. This is great. The small cloth bag holds all my usual purse essentials (lip balm, charging cord, work ID, etc) and the larger tote allows me to pop in a water bottle or paperwork or spare shoes without making the bag feel overwhelming. The handles are long enough to slide over my shoulder with my winter coat on, too, making it that much easier to use each day.

This bag is large enough to use as a travel purse however I use for everyday use. I love it and have gotten many compliments on it. It is well made and fits my style perfectly. I have scuffed it up in several places but Iâm fine with that. I got this purse on sale and was very very pleased with the price!!! I will likely buy more products from this seller
Update- Looks great - first bag was not well made. Will update after using replacement bag.

Update - I have used the replacement bag for months now and itâs held up really well. I love it!!EDIT: The company read my review and has sent me a new bag. Apparently they have fixed some of their manufacturing procedures and I may not have the problems I had with the old bag with this new one. Iâll use it for a week or two and come back to update. They already get an extra start just for the stellar customer service!I wanted to love this bag. When I got it I thought âfinally! The perfect bag.â Yes it scuffs but thatâs the nature of an unsealed Leather. I loved that about it. However after only about 10 uses the threading on the handles is fraying the a lot of bits and pieces of the leather on the inside are rubbing off on everything! I think thatâs what happens when leather is over dried and not properly conditioned during manufacturing. This bag is sadly getting returned. For $85 dollars I expected A LOT more even if it is from China.

It holds ALL of my daily junk. I get many compliments, I even had a lady at my doctors office ask me if she could touch it. I LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!

If you are looking for a large handbag this is it. I love it. The handbag comes with a zippered pouch, I didn't think i would use the pouch but soon realized that its great for organization and zips. As this is new leather, the bag is stiff but works out for standing up and doesn't fall over. I would highly recommend. Also note that this is a heavy bag when you have stuff in it as leather is heavy on its own.

This is my 3rd bag from s zone and again I wasn't disappointed, the bag is well made and a good size,I love the inner bag that comes with it for all your important bits, the colour is perfect for what I wanted it for. Excellent value for your money thank you s zone

I am very happy with this bag. The quality of the materials is great, as well as the bag in the bag design that allows me to keep everything organized, even when my laptop and charger are in the bag!! Would recommend it!

Lovely bag..love the smell of real leather...but disappointed on packaging ...no inner packaging .so creased on leather before use ...we see on use...if it last ..
