This coat came with a fur ruff that was extremely sparse and thin in comparison to other Canada Goose Shelburne jackets. Called Canada Goose regarding getting a warranty replacement. Canada Goose replied that while they do everything do provide quality inspections sometimes coats do get by and are not up to their standards. A warranty replacement would take at least 4-6 wks and they could not guarantee a replacement without seeing the ruff. They further advised that because the retailer only had a 30 day return policy and they could not get me a new ruff within that time frame that it would be best to return the coat to the retailer as defective. I contacted the seller to return the coat with an explanation of the problem. Seller sent me a return label with postage due. As I do not feel that I should have to pay the return postage on a $775 defective coat, I contacted Amazon in regards. Seller still refused to pay return postage. I am returning the coat and will not purchase any further products from this seller and advise others to beware! Amazon will be picking up the shipping as they actually do know what good customer service is.

This is a beautiful warm coat! It will last me for many many cold winters..after receiving 2 counterfeit Canada Goose coats off Amazon, I finally received an authentic coat from seller Prime expert. They are selling authentic Canada Goose coats. All the other sellers are stealing consumers money. The coat is attractive looking. Itâs warm and itâs nice and long. I would recommend this coat a million times! The best!
Size chart is true to recommendations.

My wife had no idea who Canada Goose is or about their products? Christmas morning she loved the color and the fit of the coat but I didnât get the OMG moment. That came later when we went to my brotherâs house for dinner and all of the lady guests went berserk for my wifeâs coat. That made her feel good.That coat looks great on her and the size chart is accurate. I canât wait for it to get bitter cold and she can see how warm it keeps her.

I received the wrong item. It was a size xs instead of a small, had no tags and no fur hood. Currently experiencing a bit of a delay getting my refund as well, very frustrating overall.

Best coat! So warm, lush and high quality. Worth the $$$ in my opinion, especially if you hate being cold. Bought through Saint Bernard via Amazon and product was authentic.

My coat is beautiful and authentic- I bought it from Outland USA. It came new in a plastic bag not a box with garment bag and hanger but who wears a box? It fits perfectly (size small, 5â3â, 120 lbs) and is well constructed and warm- I feel so cozy in it. I lucked out with a gorgeous ruff and my zipper works well. I like the backpack straps and they also help keep the coat on the hanger. My only quibble is the front slant pockets- they should have zippers not snaps to protect against the elements and zippers are easier to use with gloves on. Itâs also hard to get at my cell phone with the pocket being on the inside with a flap over it plus unzipping to get at the pocket lets the cold in. But all in all- I love this coat.
