Terrible quality

I absolutely love the look of this coat, and it is so warm! But the quality is awful and I’m not sure what to do about it. I wish I had bought directly from North Face so I could have them replace it. I’ve been wearing it for the last two months, and can no longer even wear it. The seam that attaches to zipper is ripped half way up the coat and the zipper no longer zips. It’s a complete joke for a $300 coat.

I needed a new winter coat that was warm and this one by far is the best I’ve ever had! Has two zippers so you can unzip from the bottom to allow you to sit with it zipped. Very warm and comfortable. I sized up

Very warm

Very warm so far. The fur on the hood adds a little fancy to the coat but I cannot use the hood when the fur is attached. It goes over my eyes. I usually wear a medium and based on reviews I went with a large. I think medium might have worked but the large works great. I don't like jackets tight through the arms and shoulders and a medium might have been. The gray us very dark, I love, but very close to black.

Coat is beautiful. Fits perfectly. I like my coats a little roomy so that I can wear layers underneath.Very flattering. I have not worn it in the extreme cold weather as it has not occurred as of yet. I will follow up w an evaluation once worn in freezing temperatures.Coat arrived quickly from the sender.Update: I have now worn this coat for a week in 10* - 26* temperatures. It has kept me nice & warm.

Perfect coat!

This coat is amazing! I decided to order it after being tired of freezing during recess with my class (we take them out everyday as long as it’s above freezing). I have stayed completely warm without feeling like it’s too bulky. Love the fur around the collar...it’s so soft and is such a pretty color. I was worried about the sleeve length since I have very long arms, but it is perfect. As for sizing, I’m 5 feet 7 inches and 120lbs. I ordered the small because I like things more fitted, and it’s perfect. If you want to do layers, I would size up. I went with asphalt grey which I think is perfect; just a couple shades lighter than black.
