Comfortable, well-made, and fits!

This coat is better than expected! It is well-made. The lining zips in and out easily and is quite warm and the sleeves of the lining actually have snaps to affix to the inside of the jacket cuffs so they stay put! Without the lining, the jacket is a very good wind breaker with a nice hood, which is also removable. The cuffs are lightly elasticized but also have a snap for adjustment. My only somewhat negative comment is that it has 2 drawstrings, one at the bottom and one at the waist and it just seems to be a lot of cording in one jacket, for me.I am a large woman and it is difficult for me to find jackets and coats that look nice and still close fully over my tummy and be comfortable. I highly recommend this jacket to any plus woman looking for a well-made all-weather jacket.

Let me start off this review with the fact that I'm very happy with my purchase!This jacket is everything I expected it to be. It wouldn't have been had I not read the reviews on sizing. I've included a couple photos with my review. In my front photo, you can see the arm length is not too long and not too short. You can also see that I was able to tie the waist tie with a lot of room to spare. I'm able to zip up and button up without any struggle. I'm not overly big in the chest, most my weight is the waist & hips but I feel like those with a little more up top with still have enough room. There was not one area where I felt like it was too snug! I wanted to show the length of the jacket also. It's just long enough to cover the booty. I'm 5'8" and normally wear a size 2 in tops (I like my tops a little loose) & 18 jeans. Based on the measurements in the sizing chart for this jacket, I should have been a 2XL. However, most of the reviews warned to size down. There were a few that suggested to size up! It was so nerve racking trying to decide what to do! I went with the majority & sized down to 1XL!As you can see in the photos, I'm very happy with my choice! I probably could have even got away with getting a Large BUT I do like have a little room to play with. I bought this jacket for my upcoming cruise to Alaska. I'm really hoping it works well for me, I'll update after if I can remember.

I absolutely love this coat. I bought the coral color one and I've had quite a few tell me it's very bright which was intended. I read somebody's review where they talked about they liked a yellow coat because it showed up in pictures. I took that same logic and applied it to the fact that people could see me when they're driving in their cars better when it's gray and rainy outside. It fits really big which I actually prefer because I can put a hoodie or something underneath it and be comfortable. I live in Texas and didn't need a heavy and hot winter coat so this works perfectly. I wish they would have lined the hood with something cuz it's a little crunchy if that makes any sense? Other than that I really really like this coat. I had another person tell me it looked really expensive which made me feel good. I think this coat is better for warmer climates if you ask me, the lining is nearly non-existent in it and the lining that is there I believe is only there to make it go from a winter coat to a spring coat. Honestly though I think it's only good for spring and fall not for winter. Unless you layer it with other stuff. All in all I'm extremely happy with my purchase I have a feeling this coat will last me a very long time which is what I was looking for.

I wore this jacket while in Alaska (summer 2015) , it RAINED and poured. This jacket kept me dry and warm. The jacket has a detachable warm layer inside the jacket. The hood is also detachable.I really love this jacket and the price is really good. Other all weather jackets sell for way more and deliver the same.I HIGHLY recommend this jacket , the price is very reasonable and there is an array of colors to choose from. (I choose black)Word of advise, wash before wearing, because once it gets wet it smells REALLY odd. Hang dry.

Love this jacket. Large pockets, and quality zippers. Shell should be hand-washed in cold, line dry. It will need a low-set ironing since it tends to wrinkle. Washed the fleece lining in cold, using household, white vinegar as with my other fleece garments. No fleece pilling that way. A great fall and spring jacket!

Fit was as expected since I regularly order from them. I like that there are 4 front pockets & they dont stick out with flaps. 5 stars for good material and just as described. Water resistant. Wore it in the rain & didn't get soaked. Fed ex would get 1 star for leaving it inside the screen door of my neighbor's house, and telling me they left it on my porch. I dont have a porch!

I love this jacket. I live in NYC and usually run hot - the temp has been between 20 and 45 this winter and it's been great for all of it. I add gloves and a hat if it's cold, as the hood/pockets aren't warm, but that works for me. So far it is good in rain or snow. I am usually a US size 16, and I ordered a size large based on other reviews. It fits perfectly and is long enough. I'm 5'8" 230, bust 41" waist 38.5" hips 49.5"

It's a great jacket not as warm as I thought it would be, and the lining seems to come loose so it's a little annoying. But over all I wore it in cold weather and I was good. I like that it has a hood! Also the strings to tighten the waist are well made, that was a great surprise!
