Feathers falling off!

I have had this jacket for 3 days and the feathers are already falling off (see pic). Seriously? For over $230 jacket this quality is not what you expect.

I did hours of research (online) and chose this brand. I am super happy in its pack ability, lightweight and slim enough for under an overcoat for those polar vortex winds, great pockets for my cell phone, a wonderful warm jacket in the cold plane when I flew overnight JFK to GRU (easy to stuff in the carry on when I landed), and the silhouette it gives is streamlined not bulky.

Thin, yet very warm. My go to for work in the cold. It does leak a few feathers, but not too badly.

This product more than met my expectations, however, I ordered the size 10, not realizing it was UK size 10, US small. I returned the item and reordered the larger size and was completely satisfied. Thank you

This RAB jacket fits me perfectly and the colour is really lovely. I usually go for black jackets but took a chance on this one and I'm so glad I did! The jacket has a lovely stretchy material which is great as it is not restricting when you have to stretch to do things. So lovely and warm but also breathable. Really happy with my purchase.

Fast dispatched, I love Rab jackets because they always have a good fit on me especially the arm length (I am tall). The colour of the jacket is not really matching the photo, it looks like burgundy on the seller's photo but it's more like purple in reality which is a little bit disappointing but I will keep anyway.

Jacket arrived on time and in seemingly good condition, however after a couple of wears the jacket started to smell really bad - a musty / wet dog kind of smell. I've read this can happen to down jackets if they get wet or not stored properly. However, I've only worn this out on 2 short 'dry' walks and noticed the smell as soon as I got back home. Also, jacket stored in a dry closed cupboard on a hanger. My husband bought the same brand of jacket from LD Mountain via Amazon a few weeks after I made my purchase and is experiencing exactly the same problem. After contacting them LD said they haven't had any other complaints and to contact RAB. RAB thankfully have been a lot more helpful and offered a complementary professional clean. But they did say this is not normal. I can only assume that the jacket maybe got wet or damp from the cold conditions in the warehouse or in transit through Amazon. I have no idea. Just disappointed at LDs response but grateful that RAB have offered to help.Fit wise, I'm usually a size 10 but there's not a lot of space in the chest area, meaning I had to get a 12, which is a tiny bit big for me.

Great cut and colourHowever 2 things: I am wishing did not have bird feathers inside it I don't like thinking about the birds that were used. Be great if Rab could make animal friendly jackets of the same standardAlso the sleeve inside has worn into a hole. I have worn it constantly for months but my last Rab held out for years nor months. Would not buy again for above reasons

Love these coats. Bought my first one 4 years ago and have worn it to death, so this one is a replacement for better wear. The first one will still be used for everyday wear. They are so light to wear, but very comfortable and warm. Very pleased with my purchase and delivered quickly and efficiently.

Bought the navy Rab jacket for my daughter, I have had the red one for over a year now. Buy your regular size, perfect fit. Fabulous jacket I couldn't be without one now. I hand wash mine and dry it naturally but put in dryer for a while to puff up the down.

Great jacket. Nice and light and not too bulky. I could have gone a size smaller, but wanted to be able to fit a thin fleece underneath. Pockets are large and the chest pocket is handy for my phone. Also comes with a stuff sack which can be clipped onto a rucksack for carrying. Overall, pleased with this jacket and not too pricey.
