I ordered this gorgeous leather jacket a few days ago. Since then, I have received an email from the company asking for specific measurements to CUSTOMIZE/TAILOR this jacket! I responded and then received a telephone call from a true gentleman who spoke excellent English from halfway around the world, and gently asked me for more specific measurements. He was very polite and concerned for my being comfortable with his questisons and specifics. I will repost to let everyone know the quality of this jacket once it arrives. But right now, I am extremely impressed with the amazing customer service for this order that appears to be a CUSTOM-MADE JACKET since I'm not the average sized woman.

I love my jacket. I had ordered it too large at first but Factory Extreme made the adjustment very quick and now it fix perfect. I will be ordering another Jacket in brown. I am very please.

Fits great! Nice feel! Arrived 2 weeks early. Vender clarified sizing twice impressive. Only one problem the color is way way off. We werent gona send it back because it fits so well and looks good. The vender gives me the usual song about leather die etc etc. I thought theyd sent a black one. Took outside in bright sun light theres a very slight bluish tint. Id have given the jacket a 5 if itd been the right color, a 4 if theyd not given me the stupid explanations so best I can do is 2. I will not order from this company again. Round #2 now they admit the one they sent is "dark Navy Blue" what happen to the die issue no explanation why they sent a wrong color knowingly. They are gona develop "a die" just for me. I suggested they send me a jacket in the right color and then if it passes my wife's inspection we'll put it their postage paid mailer and I'll send it back. I feel now that if I send this for all intents black one back the berries they gona make the blue die from will all die. I took another star - I have a hard time believing these guys. We'd rather keep the wrong color- it does fit well- than play international "its in the mail" games. I will not no way buy anything from these guys. Been using amazon for years and this is the first time an item was not shipped correctly as depicted. "They" are concerned by their score. As they should be if I decided to take all the stars. 1star is as low as it will go. Never had the need before!
