Nice Lightweight Jacket

Me: -5' 3", 125 lbs, petite build -ordered a size small, in blackProduct: -nice sized hood, easily folded and hidden into collar -zipper under armpits for temperature control but no mesh lining (odd) -two mesh side pockets with zippers -Velcro around cuffs, on back of hood, and alongside the center zipperMy Experience -fits perfectly, jacket rests just below my hips, able to wear sweatshirt underneath -has kept me dry walking through campus on rainy days -VERY lightweight, good for hot rainy days -hood big enough to keep my hair dryOverall: -jacket not made for long extremely heavy rains -buy this if you need a lightweight, breathable rain jacket for everyday purposes

I absolutely love this jacket. I found it on Amazon less expensive than on other sites. This jacket fits perfectly. I very between a size 12-14 and with a larger bust some jackets don't fit well and are too tailored. This jacket fits great, it works great as a windbreaker and rain repellant. It even fits well over clothes. I would highly recommend this jacket.

I really like these jackets. I bought two. One for me, and one for my girlfriend. Both male and female fits are good.Only thing to remember is that one really needs the trouser to go with it if out in the rain. Otherwise the water just runs off it and makes your legs wet. But that is just an observation.Folds up into a small size for putting in backpack for travel.

I bought this to wear at work as part of my uniform(work in and out of cooler all day).It is such a nice jacket that I don't want to get it dirty.I wasn't expecting much for the price but was surprised by the weight of it and how well made it is.It is not a heavy jacket by any means but I was expecting a light weight sort of thing.The zippers work well,there are inside pockets,and regular wrist cuffs instead of the usual elastic type.I am 5'7" and got a large,it falls to the top of my hips-great fit.Also-no logo or emblemI am going to order another so I have one to trash at work.If I get at least 6 months out of it then I consider that a great bargain
Great Rain Jacket for a Great Price

I shopped around for a rain jacket for a long time after my old Marmot jacket (which I had owned for about 8 years) started shedding its lining. After a lot of back and forth I decided to stick with the Marmot PreClip. It's an excellent price, wellmade, and keeps the rain off! I like the deep hood, mesh pockets, and slim profile. It's also incredibly lightweight and easy to carry with you in case of rain -- you can roll it up super small in your suitcase when travelling or even scrunch it up and carry it in your purse when running errands.

So far, so great! Not as glamorous as some ladies jackets but certainly great at doing what it should- being very waterproof and also allows space for a thick jumper if necessary. It has already been brilliant on a number of walks and I have actually found that it breathes better than I was expecting. I'd definitely recommend it.

I replaced an older North Face rain/windproof jacket. It kept the rain out but was not at all breathable and the inside of the jacket would feel wet after moderate activity (even walking the dogs!) So for me breathability and the fit were most important. I am very happy with the Marmot. Moisture does not seem to be an issue, it to repels the rain well and the fit is a bit roomier for ease of movement & comfort. My only disappointment is that it doesnât have a small pocket on the chest or inside pockets. But I knew that when ordering.

I got this for work, so my review isn't necessarily fashion oriented. It's soft, thick and fits me great. I am super petite and got small. The seams are all well made and I've put this sucker through some tough times in past months. It's held up with no issues and remains my go-to snuggy jacket. I haven't been in heavy rain as I have an actual raincoat but it has done well in light drizzles.

Great purchase, just really wish I hadn't sized "up" like previous reviews had recommended. I went up to a size small and as a 5'5'' female approx 115-120lb the XSM would have been PERFECT even with layering underneath.

This fits just a tad smaller than I'd like, but I was able to move well in it. I was upset by the fact the lining just inside he zipper of the pocket was torn. Also, the pocket did get wet in the rain if my hands were in them. It also wasn't as warm as I initially thought. Beyond those issues, The jacket did the job of keeping me dry while walking in pouring rain.

Habe diese Jacke fürs Wandern gekauft.Ubd was soll ich sagen bin begeistert.Regentest hat sie bestanden. Sie ist etwas länger was ich sehr prsktisch empfinde, 1tens beim Regen ist man etwas weiter geschützt2tens beim Rucksack tragen ist dies sehr angenehm.Breatablenist die Jacke auch . Komme mir nicht vor wie in einer Plastik Tüte.Die Zipper unter den Ãrmeln sind für mich ein Muss und sind natürlich auch vorhanden.Diese Jacke wurden vom PCT Forum im Womensgear empfohlen und kann dies auch gut verstehen

Ich wollte eine Ãbergangsjacke für Frühling/Sommer/Herbst, welche Wasser- sowie winddicht ist.- Wasser- und WinddichtigkeitIch konnte die Jacke bei starkem Regen und Wind testen. Sie hält was sie verspricht! Ich spürte keinen Wind und trocken bleibt man auch. Super! Sie erfüllt dahin gehend völlig ihren Zweck.- Passform & deren NutzungIch habe GröÃe S bestellt. Ich bin von schmaler Statur und ca. 166cm groÃ. Die Jacke sitzt sehr angenehm, nicht eng aber hat einen weiblichen Schnitt! Unter die Jacke passt noch eine Fleecejacke, wenn es mal kälter wird. Die Ãrmelweite, die Bundweite unten sowie die Kapuze lassen sich in ihrer GröÃe verstellen. Die Kapuze lässt sich quasi komplett zuziehen und man kann den Kragen mittels Klettverschluss bis sogar über den Mund ziehen, sodass der Kopf komplett geschützt ist.Weiterhin ist die Jacke super leicht und lässt sich sehr klein verstauen.- MinuspunkteErstmalig wurde mir bewusst, dass bei Jacken der ReiÃverschluss in 85% der Fälle links angebracht ist. Bei dieser Jacke ist dies leider nicht der Fall, denn er ist rechts. Ich hatte Probleme die Jacke zu schlieÃen und zu öffnen, es harkte und ich dachte zunächst, er wäre defekt. Aber nein, man ist es bloà nicht gewohnt, den ReiÃverschluss rechts zu fassen und man muss sich erst daran gewöhnen. Selbst nach 2 Wochen habe ich noch Probleme, weil es einfach Automatismus ist. Wenn ich aber daran denke, funktioniert es ganz normal.Weiterhin raschelt die Jacke schon etwas, allerdings scheint dies bei den leichten Regenjacken normal zu sein, da ich 3 unterschiedliche Modelle von 3 unterschiedlichen Marken zur Probe bestellt hatte.Ich kann diese Jacke wirklich nur weiter empfehlen!
