Simple, stylish, warm - exactly what a coat should be

This fall my youngest daughter informed me last season’s coat was too small and it was time to get a new one. As she’s at the end of her growth, wanted to get something a little nicer than the typical kid coat. She wanted something less flashy than the usual bright colors of ski jackets, but that went below her waist to block wind and very warm. Enter this coat. She got the coat in black and was pleasantly surprised that it has a very subtle pattern to it. Gives it a little character without bold, garish designs. It drops past her waist to help block wind, including having an elastic cord to cinch it if necessary. As for warmth, currently it’s been near or below zero degrees and she’s still comfortable. If anything it’s a little too warm as she has had to remove the out shell in temps above freezing. The last perk is Columbia’s lifetime warranty on defects, which means this classic jacket should last her many many winters. Money well spent.Fit is true to size - she’s 5’7”, 130# and the large fit her perfectly.

I work with horses in Kansas year round. It's a really nice, warm durable jacket and looks nice too! I love the size of the hood. My selling point (besides the warmth, water resistance and comfort) was how it zips up around my neck....it sort of stands up and doesn't fall down, making a wind block that I can tuck my face behind or above it depending on what I need. Love this jacket! I'm 5'4, 140lbs with broad shoulders. I fit nicely in a Medium, however I decided to go with the Large because it was a little longer and I had more room for additional layers and movement when riding or working. I'm headed to Canada in a couple weeks to work outdoors, hoping this jacket does the trick!

Perfect. My daughter spends all day out on the ranch while training horses. The weather was cold and damp in the 30’s. She came home with a red nose, but happy and toasty.

My wife loves this 3 in 1 Ski Jacket, kept her warm & dry. She loves to wear the inner jacket when she’s not skiing.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She is a senior in high school and absolutely loves it. We live in Montana and usually in the winter the most you can get her to put on is a hoodie.

Very warm with not much bulk! I have long arms and find the arms a bit short for me but it still functions well. It's a bit tight in the shoulders if you are broad but I find it comfortable still. Great for skiing as it has many pockets and is warm. It's a bit boxy but I am not concerned about it as I purchased it for skiing. I am 5 ft 4 and 135 pounds and purchased a medium fyi!
