I love the coat. It is rather light but iâll reserve opinion on how warm until I actually use it. It feels kind of like how a down coat would feel.I donât know how it holds up as I have yet to use it. Will post after first time itâs laundered. It does have very specific washing instructions. Cold water. Low heat.The reason I only gave it 3* was because of the price change. It wasnât a huge amount but you kind of expect the listed price to be THE price. I looked it up under their FAQ and found out the price can change before itâs actually shipped. Meaning the price is not locked in until they ship it. So basically all the prices they have listed are worthless since they can change before itâs shipped. For some reason that really annoys me. I thought it was brown so maybe iâm Colorblind.The coat DOES feel very thin but it is super warm. I wore it out on a 10-15 degree morning with just a tank top and it was comfortably warm.I also had no problem with it in the wash. I laundered exactly as instructions on label and it turned out perfectI am changing my rating to 5*. I still think the amazon policy is misleading but I am rating the coat not their bait n switch price advertising.

Super warm (saying that from Wisconsin!) and great quality of course! If you expect to wear a sweatshirt underneath I would order a size up! I am a size small in everything but ordered a medium and itâs perfect!

I bought 2 of these: one for my mom and one for me. We both love them. They are comfortable, lightweight, and warm. The only unfortunate thing is that the hood is oddly shaped with the fake fur. I wish Columbia would just allow the fur to go all the way around the hood. With it only going part of the way, It kind of makes the shape of one's head look a little weird, like a hammer head shark. Nevertheless, the hood is warm and it stays on well. Moreover, both the fur and the hood are detachable, so it isn't a deal breaker. The only other gripe I have is that the waist sizes on the charts aren't very accurate. The coat doesn't really taper in at the waist, so--if you have a big belly that you have to accommodate--don't worry too much about it. Just go with the shoulder and bust size on the size chart and you should be OK. If you have big belly and go by the waist size alone, the coat will likely be far too big for you. I did that the first time around when ordering this coat and ended up having to exchange it for a smaller size. I'm glad that I took the trouble to exchange it though. I really do like this coat.
great jacket but tight at the hips

I loved this jacket. Loved the stitching pattern and lined pockets. It was so warm too. Iâm normally a size 8 up top and 10/12 depending on the cut on the bottom. This jacket was actually a little big in the chest area which was fine but where it hit my hips just a bit tight. I am an hourglass figure and my hips tend to give me issues like that. This tight fit caused the jacket to rid up and just not work. Really disappointed. I am going to try and find the jacket in a store and try on a large but I suspect it will just be way too big at that point.

This is the best coat ever! I got XL and I'm a 14/16. It is a bit on the snug side but I like the fit.

As expected, this jacket fits perfectly. I love that you can take the hood off if you feel like it too much and it fits like a glove. Itâs flattering and the length is good. Iâm 5â8â and got a medium. Columbia is hands down the best! Worth the money.

Very warm and comfy. Hood is too big with the fur and I had to take it off to be able to see. Might be ok with a bun . Has a very soft elastic cuff inside the sleeve to keep cold air out. Great deal and great value.

The coat is super warm and buttery soft. Lightweight. Removable fake fur accent. I love the color Nori. Itâs Army green. It fits somewhat looser than typical coats and jackets of this brand. It may just be the shape of the cut that would allow you to size down if you wanted a more snug fit. I picked this particular coat because it is not down filled. I am against down use as I have seen how they get it. Not what I imagined at all. Excellent product!

I really love this coat. Weird that its only velcro, no "button/snap" at the bottom of the zipper. It is definitely like an A-line dress, so lots of room for wide hips!
