Great Fit!

I am 5'6" and a size 16/XL. I ordered this in a XXL hoping that it would fit well. When I am wearing a coat, I want it to fit without being tight in the arms, especially if I am wearing long sleeves or layers. This has plenty of arm space in the sleeves. I can zip the coat up without being constrictive. And on the other side, it's not baggy either. It's really a great fit! We've had some early cold temperatures and I've gotten to wear it already. It kept me toasty warm! It doesn't compress as much as some puffer jackets. It's made well. The zipper is heavy and sturdy. I am very pleased with it.

Reviews made it very unclear what size I should buy. I recommend following the size guideline. I'm a chubby 5 ft. 2 in. and knew based on the size guideline that I should buy an extra large, but I'm hoping to lose weight and erred on the side of getting a large. I can barely zip up the coat, but that works for me right now. Most of the time I prefer to leave the coat open. It's so warm!!! It is a little noisy when I move because of the material, which I don't prefer, but it's not that bad. I like the grey. I like that the hat doesn't have fur. I don't mind that it doesn't detach; it provides a nice little pillow when I lean back in the car. The pockets are bigger than the other reviews imply. My cell phone and keys etc. fit fine, but I may have a slightly smaller phone than most. There is an inner pocket just inside the zipper! I was happily surprised to find that. Other reviews said there are only two small pockets. The zipper does seems strong, which is a good thing because I'm putting lot of pressure on it when it's zipped. It's large and black and isn't covered up by a flap of fabric when zipped like a lot of coats. I don't prefer that look, but maybe that doesn't matter too much since I'm mostly keeping this unzipped. I get too warm too fast with all my personal insulation.

I love that it's not heavy but warm enough fir NYC winter. Fit was as expected. I got a large and it was true to size. I gave it 4/5 stars only becuase I wish it had more pockets.

Only reason I didn't give a 5/5 star rating is the lack of pockets. I know that was something others mentioned in their reviews but didn't think it would bug me. It does.However the jackets is really warm and is nice to have a second big puffy coat. The hood is so fluffy that it doesn't quite lay very well and but that could be that I haven't "worn" it in yet.The fit is a little snug in the chest area. I ordered an xxl and normally things fit just perfect or just a bit snug. This isn't a coat I could wear thick layers under but I'm ok with that, I have other warm coats for that. Great length and sleeve length is good.Overall would recommend

I was hesitant to order after I read most of the reviews and they were mostly all praising the jacket, plus there were no review photos for reference at the time I had placed my order! So many positive reviews, I understand this isnât always the case but these werenât just a few reviews, there were quite a few and zero photos posted....seems fishy! I honestly wanted to like this so much as Iâd been trying to find the perfect winter down coat forever...unfortunately this was not âTHE ONEâ:(Somethings that made me return:-Zipper pull too heavy and you can definitely feel it when walking around-Weird sheen on the coat-Weird pocket placement, came too low Iâm 5â0â and 105lbs does NOT look good-Puffy and heavy, not very comfortable and made me feel claustrophobic because of how it felt on me...felt as though the jacket was wearing me instead of the other way. I felt like a stuffed sausage!I canât say itâll look good/bad on every body type because everyone is different, but these are just my reviews based on my experience. I know I would get annoyed with the heavy zipper pull, I donât know why it has to be so heavy and how heavy the jacket was. But for me Iâm gonna go checkout YesStyle or Everlane for better options!

I returned the coat, but gave it a 5 because it was all it said it would be. Just too puffy for me, would be too warm. I need something more light weight. I am 5'5", 110 lbs, I ordered an XS, as I normally do, and it fit perfectly. The color I ordered was navy, that was also true though a very dark navy. It was made very well, and would keep a person really warm in the cold if that's what you were looking for.
Oddly large and cheap looking zippers but warm.

The jacket actually felt warmer than I expected (though I only wore it in the house) and was a good length in the body, though I wish the arms were just a little bit longer. Iâm 5â9 and 165 lbs and I ordered a large which is my normal size. My biggest complaints were that the pockets are in a slightly weird position bc theyâre on the front of the coat rather than the sides like most coats and the zippers. The jacket has 2 zippers which would be nice but theyâre obnoxiously big and a cheap looking shiny silver. So when you zip it up, all I could do was notice the big shiny zipper just below my neck. If it werenât for the zippers looking so big and feeling so cheap, I probably would have kept the coat.

So cute! I love the length and cut. Itâs definitely water repellent - Iâve worn it in rain on my work commute on foot for the past few days and arrive dry and happy. The color seems slightly darker in person but I love it the same. I was reluctant to buy a coat online because Iâm picky but the fit is great. I normally like my coats smaller because I hate feeling like a marshmallow, so I got a Small (5â9â, 28 waist, usually fit small or medium tops)
