Favorite rain jacket ever!

I love this jacket! I'm a biologist and needed something to keep me dry all day and this does the trick. I've worn it in all types of rain, including downpours, drizzle, heavy mist, and even snow, and it's kept me dry in every one of them. It also provides great insulation against wind. I'm 5'6" and 135 lbs and wear a small, which fits over a light layer underneath (usually a sweater and a down jacket). I upgraded from my old North Face rain jacket when the lining began peeling and couldn't be happier with this one.

This jacket has amazing reviews, so I felt confident ordering it. So many reviewers said it was 100% waterproof. Mine isn't. I bought it specifically for use in a city outside the U.S. where it rains daily. I don't get soaked if I use it, but my arms and shoulders get wet.I had a giftcard, so I didn't pay much for this jacket, which is good, because I would have been pissed otherwise.

This jacket is wonderful. I bought it for a trip to Alaska and it performed perfectly in all the rainy weather. I weigh 125lbs and am 5'3" and found the medium too big, even with planning to layer it. I exchanged it for the small and it fit perfectly, both on its own or while accomodating layers. I researched so many jackets and felt like this was the best quality for the price point and am so happy I went with it. My husband just mentioned the last time I wore it how great it looked!

This is the best rain coat I have owned! It is breathable, lightweight but not like a pac-a mac, it has substance. The shape is most flattering for women as it slightly tapers in at the waist.I am 5'9'' with a long body and it covers half way over my bottom! The hood is a decent size too.It has been warn on mountain top rain and it very water proof.I love the colour. I had the same style in lime green but lost it but it lasted for years.
Gorgeous jacket but TOO slim at hips! Impossible to wear. SO disappointing.

Great quality. Beautiful fabric. Really nice heavy duty zipper. HOWEVER, if you wear an XL, donât order this jacket! Even without a sweater, this XL jacket canât be zipped because there is NO room at the hips. IF it had a two-way zipper, I could have left the bottom of the zipper open to the elements and gone on a crash diet, but not even that was possible. What XL size woman is built straight up and down?? Wickedly disappointing.

This is an awesome jacket, the fit was great - has more room than I was hoping for in a way, but it is not too big, especially for an outer layer. The quality is obvious, and all the detailing makes it worth the price. Haven't honestly needed it in a downpour yet, so if that fails, I'll modify this, but I can't see how it would - it's all gore-tex, and really really good quality.

Love the style and look of this jacket - my only criticism is it feels a bit rubbery but itâs lovely, waterproof and fitted flattering design and I wear it a lot for dog walking - mine was ordered in the summer and much much cheaper than current price - maybe wait until/if price drops - I wouldn't pay £100 plus for it

Fantastic jacket! Really well designed and made. I normally struggle with hoods on waterproof coats (either they don't keep the rain out or I can't see out!) and this one is brilliant as it has structure and stays up. Tried in the rain and it sheltered my face and I could see (always a winner). Also fits snugly around the neck so good shelter from wind too. Very happy with my purchase!

The fit is very snug compared to my other Marmot jacket. Very odd considering itâs the same make. Not much room for layers underneath but this gives me the impetus to shed a few pounds! Buyers might want to consider sizing up though, especially if planning to use for winter walking.Other than the sizing it feels good quality and weatherproof. Not bulky at all so itâll fit easily into a backback and with adjustments at the back as well as the sides for the hood which is good for those of us who are smaller.

Fits well over a few layers. Iâm size 10 and bought a small. Iâve used it in various conditions but not for long periods yet. It has worked well. Kept all rain off.

Wir haben jahrelang Nortface Jacken für meine Frau gekauft und über deren zunehmend miese Qualität waren wir fast verzweifelt. Zum Glück hatten wir den Mut, etwas tiefer in die Tasche zu greifen, diese Jacke ist genau so, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Auch die "sackartige" Form der Nortfake-Jacken vermissen wir positiv: Hier ist jemand am Werk gewesen, der weiÃ, wie eine Jacke geschnit sein muss, damiie auch in den Einheitsabstufungen (L, XL usw.) gut aussieht. Das Material ist von sehr hoher Qualität, die ReiÃverschlüsse könnten massiver sein, geben aber noch keinen Anlass zur Sorge. Dass die Jacke regenerprobt wurde, können wir wirklich behaupten, und sie ist dicht. Soweit bisher feststellbar nimmt das gerade auch im Schulterbereich nicht ab (Rucksack). Alle Details sind stimmig, Schlitze im Achselbereich usw. Tolle Jacke, gern wieder. Auch für mich als Mann ist die Marke hochinteressant geworden.

Nonostante nella didascalia c'è scritto GoreTex PacLite, la giacca arrivata non è PacLite.... Mentre il prezzo lo è!!!!!Purtroppo mi serve per un regalo di Natale e devo tenermela.....Ma non mi sembra per nulla corretto.... Ritenevo Amazon affidabile, ma evidentemente non è più così!!!!!!! :-(
