Could not be happier with this stylish, well made coat. The quality is excellent, with many nice features such as an interior mesh accessory pocket with clipped goggle wiping cloth (Obermeyer is a ski apparel company). Ample hood with dual adjustment. Body also has waist cincher. It is sufficiently down-filled, warm enough without being heavy. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the bright white and grey lining - just personal preference.

I was in need of an everyday winter coat for Chicago winters. I was planning on purchasing the North Face Arctic Down Parka II, but I didn't love the way the hood looked. While searching for something similar that wouldn't make me look like a marshmallow, I stumbled upon this coat from a brand I'd never heard of. I liked the way it looked in all the photos and decided to give it a chance. I'm SO GLAD I did. I purchased the black in size 12 (I normally wear an L in tops, I feel it runs true to size). It does not add any bulk, the waist can be cinched, it goes down to mid thigh while not being tight in the hips, and the faux fur goes all the way around the hood. There are several zip pockets in this jacket, the sleeves are soft on the inside and easy to put your arms through, and the inside of the neck has a very soft velvety fabric that makes it extremely comfortable. My black jacket does not have the pattern on the inside, it is just plain black. If you are on the fence on this, buy it!

I spent months researching the best winter coat (I live in Maryland) and ordered a couple that got returned. Then i found the oberymeyer sojourner coat. This is warm, high quality, beautiful coat. I love love it. Highly recommend.
Unable to find a size that fit

I ordered this jacket in a size 14 and then in a 16. The size 14 was too tight in the chest. The size 16 was too large overall. I had to return both. Obermeyer makes a beautiful coat. I have owned several shorter jackets in the past and they have held up for years. This would be a great coat if it fits you. It has nice details and an excellent quality 2 way zipper.

Love that it's not bulky, but still warm enough for wi winters! My favorite part is the velour inside collar! So soft on the cheeks!

This is the best coat Iâve ever purchased. The little details they have added are great. The eye glass cleaning pad and small pocket for glasses , The material near your wrists that keep out the cold and snow, the feel of the material and the quality of the fit, hood , and warmth is perfect. I should have purchased more for the family.
