Stitching coming apart

The stitching is already coming apart in the back. It’s very obvious. I washed them one time and wore them one time.

I bought the same size of Silver jeans that I’ve been wearing for awhile and these are way to big! I recommend going down a size in these jeans. They are baggy and my belt doesn’t even help holding up my jeans. Not to impressed with this pair of jeans.

I can not figure out size chart , my waist is 31 lenth 33
