These are below the waist.

As it shows in the description- when looking at the rise (front and rear) in inches- these will fit below the waist- & that’s how the photo looks too but then the description says they fit “above the waist” which is not true. The fabric is 89% cotton & the rest is stretch. The color is very light- just like the photo, fit is the same for a lower waist NYDJ. Soft fabric.
