A little disappointed

I love this brand and style. This is the first time I purchased on line and they are not as thick as the others I've purchased in store. The zipper also catches. For this amount of money I am a little disappointed

These pants are very comfortable. I took one size smaller than I took in the same pant in jean material, but they both fit well.

Ordered two pairs. Somehow one pair were in a different material. Can’t return it on time. Wondering is there anyway can get a refund.
