I am 70 years old. I've gained weight around the middle and my favorite top is a tunic... but I still have skinny legs and I must say these look great! I'm 5'8" and the length is perfect. I am going to wash in cold water and hang dry so hopefully they will stay just as they are. I live in jeans and have been wearing NYDJ for awhile but usually the boot cut. I got these in my normal size for NYDJ - a size smaller than other brands.

Buying jeans can be so tricky. I hesitate before ordering any, because of wanting a good fit, but also because I dislike stiff fabric and really value comfort. My most comfortable jeans are the only ones I wear, regularly. But I still want them to look good!! These satisfy all my look and comfort requirements. Perfection. I'm sure I'll wear them for a long time.

I have many pairs of NYDJ jeans and LOVE them, and the Alina is the only style that isn't too long on me! This one fits great as well. There's kind of a velvet "nap" on the denim.I ordered the Le Maire color, and unfortunately, it's not the same in person as it appears on the site here (surprise, right?). The color here looks like a nice deep blue, with some "sanded" areas, but in person, the color is more of a medium duller denim - the words that describe it are "mom jeans." Back they go!

These jeans are perfect. They are actually comfortable. I forgot what that was like. They fit snugly, do not bag, don't fold over in the waist and they don't pinch my waist. I wish they had more shades to choose from. I will definitely get more of these. I will say that I bought my normal size, not a size smaller as some suggest, just FYI.

I am in between Petite, length too short and Regular, too long. I purchased regular length and a size smaller and the fit was perfect and the length better.

These are horrible. Baggy and heavy-ish fabric. In no way can be construed as slim leggings. Quality control on NYDJ needs to be fixed. The past few pairs I have purchased have had crooked seams down at least one of the legs. Irregulars at a high price point, and purchased at major retailers as well as Amazon. Don't you wish a new jean company would come to our rescue with a high quality, well-fitting product for adult women?

These work. Going through kind of a fat stage right now and wanted some cute comfortable affordable jeans to get me through. This are slimming and comfy. No worries about side seams showing white thread pulling against the dark denim which I hate in some tight skinny jeans. Can pie myself into a size 6, then diet down to a 4 and then still keep these towers as real comfort pants. Wish me luck, lol

These have become my favorite jeans. The size 8 fits me very comfortably with just the right stretch, and i love that the waist comes all the way up in back, tapering to just below navel in front. I'm 5'8", 155 lbs. My only slight complaint is that the ankles could be a bit more snug, as they tend to bunch up a bit in high boots. Now ordering a second pair in this size and color.

I have always bought NYDJ from the official website costing £145 or more. Found these on Amazon direct from USA and wasn't sure if they would be original. However, took a chance and they are fantastic and genuine at a bargain price of £57. Perfect fit, they flatter the figure and are so comfy due to the very stretchy fabric. Will purchase from this site in future.

NYDJ are the only jeans I consider anymore. They fit comfortably and look as good as my imperfect body allows.
