Size options are wrong: not petite!

I bought these jeans in white for size 16P, but received size 16. I returned them for an exchange, assuming that I had just received the wrong size by mistake. I again received size 16, not petite. However, when I went to return them again -- this time for a refund since I figured out that the ad was listing the wrong sizes, it said I had paid $0 for the replacement pair, so my refund would be 0 dollars. Now, I've got a pair of too long pants. I'm trying to figure out how to get a return them for the price I originally paid.
Runs long and large and high waisted.

Color great. Big. Too high. But I love the color so kept them. Trying to shrink them up. Rolling cuffs and even waistline down has helped. Guess Size 16 was too big.

TOO LONG

Love the fit, soft pink, but ordered a 14 petite.....received a 14, too long. Another review above stated the same mistake, the available options are incorrect. I will keep and take to alterations since the price was so inexpensive.

I like the jeans; I just needed one size smaller. Wish the waist was a little more snug, but Iâm hard to fit.
