Very slimming!

It took me a few tries and exchanges to find the correct size in these but I am very glad I did. I am familiar with the nydj brand but have purchased dress pants and the ponte jegging-type pants...this is my first pair of actual jeans. I typically buy this brand one size down from my normal size...I ended up with 2 sizes down this time (which is never a bad thing!). I have lost some weight lately so that might also be the cause. These are slightly thinner material but not to the point where they would be considered jeggings. These look like jeans, just with a ton of stretch. I love the styling...they are super slimming and are true skinny jeans that could be fit into tall boots. Will be buying another pair!

I love these jeans. Other reviews have said the fabric is thin but I think it is perfect. I did order a size down; I usually wear a 4 and I ordered a 2 and they are perfect. My body is curvier with a smaller waist and these fit me like a glove. I usually take jeans in the waist but not these. I love NYDJ and they are less expensive on amazon that at Nordstrom.

Here is my problem. It seems that all designers/manufacturers assume that women over 40 have large middles and thin legs! I have been looking for skinny or boyfriend jeans for literally years that have a smaller waist and larger thighs. I feel like a boyfriend jean in particular should be fuller in the thigh, loose so to speak. even skinny jeans if they are too tight in the thigh and not snug in the waist continue to slide down therefore I am continually pulling them up unless I belt them, then the belt bulges out under my shirt. If I buy the next size down the thighs are too tight. I have two daughters and we all have athletic legs. Why can't there be skinny jeans and boyfriend jeans made for us!!!!! Every woman does not have large hips and thin legs, I feel sure we are not the only ones in the world that face this issue.
A 27 year oldâs favorite pair of jeans!

So I am definitely not NYDJâs target market at 27 years old, but man do I love their jeans. I am curvier and tend to carry my weight in my hips/thighs (usually wear a 6) and struggle to find jeans that fit my legs from thigh to ankle, and that arenât falling down at the waist. I bought these jeans in a 4 and they do just that, yet donât look painted on! Also, they feel like leggings- so comfortable. Iâm slowly replacing all the jeans in my wardrobe with these. Perfect for work or weekend wear.
Soft and comfy jeans

These medium-weight jeans feel soft and have a relatively high rise (which I wanted). I ordered my usual size (12) in hopes they would fit a bit loosely, which they do. I need a belt to keep them up. All fine, since I wanted a comfy weekend fit. I'm sure the 10 would be ideal for a flattering snug fit; may go back for it eventually. (I have a wider waist and flat hips/rear.) Even though they are labeled "line dry," they came through a wash-and-dry cycle just fine.

I am giving these 5 stars even though I have had different experiences with 2 different colors. I first bought these in dark mabel, and LOVE them. Iâm 5â8â and weigh about 160. I usually wear an 8 in NYDJ but based on reviews I ordered a 6 and it fit perfectly. They stay up, donât sag or bag no matter how long i wear them. (I hate pants that get baggy below the bum.) Iâm long legged and theyâre long enough too, which is a major plus. And oh my gosh are they ever comfortable! I wore them on a 23 hour trip home from Europe and they were like wearing PJs. But even after all that sitting they stayed put and didnât sag.So.... I went back and bought them in the Denmark color. Same soft comfort, but for some reason I am constantly having to tug them up at the waist. They slip down enough that I have to wear a belt. With a belt theyâre fine. So I still like them but the Denmark color is a 4 star.But Iâd still buy them again.
Comfy but run big!

First of all the comfort of these is off the charts! That being said they run at least a full size too big, I ordered a 0 and should have ordered a double zero, the legs are a little wrinkly and loose but as I said the rest of them are the most comfortable pants I own, so for reference I am 5'4" and 127 lbs. and these are long, bunched up at the ankle long, but I am short, would have returned these for a smaller size but the price jumped on them, still happy with my purchase!

Love this Jeans. Sits very comfortable and looks just great.The only thing I did not like is, you need to wash them before wearing them. All my hands were looking dirty blue. The color was bleeding. Wash the pants separately, or with alike colors, the first times.

Put them on first time and unfortunately the blue dye is rubbing off everywhere. For the price of these jeans, I would not expect this to happen. Not sure if I will keep - bought this dark a colour for a reason...
