Best pants ever & I love all the colors. I have curves & have been size 14 & 16. These fit perfect in both and allow for movement. I bend over a lot at work and they keep my booty covered.Update: shadow is a gray with blue undertone, wheat is more beige than mustard as picture shows, rust is true, Byzantium is burgundy, mushroom is a brown shade & olive is really a taupe with olive/gray undertone

Although I love the democracy jeans & jeghimgs I found that these colored ones vary greatly in size. I bought 4 different colors & the rise & waist in 2 were 1&1/2" smaller than the other 2 pairs. Brick & mushroom were fine. The shadow & plaid didn't go up as high on my waist (pulling it all in and holding it) they gave me love handles where as the other two were cut w a longer rise and everything looked smooth & seamless. Worth knowing if you are ordering.

The charcoal grey color is accurate. The fit for me, is NOT like a legging or jogging, more like a skinny jean. I have athletic calves. 15.75 circumference. These are NOT tight but fitted. I am 5'1" (130#), and the 6P fit well with room to spare. I don't like skin tight. I could have gone down a size and been ok, but I prefer the room to breathe. The length was just past my ankle bone by maybe an inch. Very comfortable, love the waistband. No gap.

These pants are awesome! Iâm thin but flabby after having a baby and pants often slide down under my pooch. These stay up, donât stretch out, and control my tummy pooch. Plus they are as comfortable as leggings, well almost. Buy these! Oh! And they have real pockets. Yay!

Holy cow, anyone ever watch the movie âSisterhood of the traveling pantsâ? Well boy let me tell you, they fit like a champ. My butt is larger than my waist so itâs hard to find a good pair of jeans but these are amazing! Will be buying a pair in every color. And for those who are wondering, itâs got the thick yoga like band on the inside for extra support and slimming factor.

I absolutely love Democracy Ab solution jeggings. I have 5 pairs of denim jeggings plus camo pants and love them all. They are super soft and comfortable and have an incredibly slimming effect. I especially love the fact that I can bend over in these skinny jeans and no one can see my bum! I ordered these colored jeggings in practically every color. I found that they fit closer to size and don't run big like other Democracy jean jeggings I own. I typically wear size 6 in the jean jeggings but needed size 8 in these. My inseam is around 33-34". These are lower waisted than other Democracy jeans. They're extremely slimming and the weight of the pants is perfect. The only negative for me was the inseam. They just came up too high which caused the knee to hit in a funny place and the pants to be constantly stuck to my calves (which aren't big by the way.) I wish Democracy would offer a tall version for ladies with a 34+ inseam. I'm not a fan of capri pants, so these ones had to go back. I do love the camel and gray colors the best.
Just buy them you will want to live in these

My only regret is that I havenât discovered these sooner - fit is consistent I have three pairs two in brick and mushroom and one in blue dark wash. Iâve found the color ones only on amazon. This fit like they are custom made just for you I am 5 ft 3 and find the length is perfect they do have some stretch but donât think they are like spanx they move with you and are flattering on all body types. Just try a pair to see they do free returns so itâs risk free !
Appear to be fakes of the real product or a very cheap version

I am not so sure about these. I have purchased several pairs of democracy jeans from another retailer and the quality was much better. And there are slight differences. The real ones have a tag "ab" technology. The fakes appear to be "ab"solution (sold by amazon). The real ones have a double back pocket and a single sew line at the peak of the pocket. The real pair is on the left. The fake on the right. Definately fake!!

I had tried on in a store which unfortunately discontinued the line, have since bought 3 pairs online :) the only major differences between the ones I have purchased is occasionally the pocket size, 2/3 can for my iPhone XR

They get a bit loose after a couple wears so I have to wash them often to tighten them up. Otherwise they're perfect.
