Had to make a return and was ripped off!

The jean was fine but would be short in the legs for me and I was afraid the pants would shrink making them even shorter. So I sent them back. The return instructions said to use their label to return the item and $7.50 would be deducted for shipping. I used USPS flat rate package and sent them back for $5 and change. I just received notice of my credit and they deducted the $7.50 anyway calling it a restock fee. There was no mention of a restock fee on the invoice. To add insult to injury, the $17.27 they are crediting is split into a cash credit and a gift card!!! "We'll apply your refund to the following payment method(s): Gift Card: $9.39 Debit Card ..: $7.88." There was no mention that the refund would be split with a gift card!! I'm sure hoping it's an Amazon gift card but it's not clear.I WILL NEVER BUY FROM 'WOMAN WITHIN' AGAIN. I recommend anyone wishing to buy from them be absolutely sure you will not need to return any item.

These pants are well made of a medium weight fabric. Just like the ones I used to get from Lands End many years ago. I purchased my regular size and after washing and drying they fit well - so may be a little big before shrinking (I usually get a size larger to accommodate shrinkage, because I like to wash and dry with no fusing.) Definitely not a modern cut - very comfortable. Only 4 stars because they did have a very strong chemical smell when new - it washed out after three washes in borax and warm water.
Product has changed significantly! Not like photo. Beware if you ordered in the past.

Ordered 3 pair of these in 2016. Those were great, and real denim. So, I click on the item directly from my previous orders list to ensure I get the SAME product. It has the same photo/model, though the word âjeanâ was missing from the title. What was received is such a disappointment. Light weight stretchy twill (not denim wt) and the âmedium stonewash blueâ is navy. Double checked the plastic bag they came in and it said med stonewash blue. Also, this pair is a full 3 inches longer and must be hemmed. The waist is loose due to substandard elastic. The original 2016 jeans fit great right out if the bag. I could not be more disappointed in a WW product. This is a completely different garment and should NOT have been listed under the same Amazon item label. Buyer beware! And shame on WW for recycling photos.

Very disappointed. Product advertised as 30â inseam when in reality they were probably 27â. I kelp them to roll up into Capri length; however, they were too tight. I double checked to make sure they werenât actual petite pants. They werenât. This is the downside of shopping.
Size runs VERY LARGE compared to size chart. Charged for return.

Despite going by their size chart, these pants were WAY too large. They seem to be made of sturdy fabric, but because I was charged for returning them, I will not be ordering another pair.
Pull-up, comfortable, non-shrink jeans!

I am happy at last to find pull up, but well fitted jeans. The color ran a little (to be expected) on first wash, but did not shrink.

These felt just like a regular pair of jeans! They didn't make me feel embarrassed that someone would know they weren't just your average jeans. They weren't binding at all either! I love how they waist moved with me all day, no matter what I was doing. I hope they hold up well over time.

These are my favorite jeans! I'm not sure what they changed, but the last two pair I purchased in the same size I have always worn were too big! I haven't really lost any weight (although that is a goal of mine), so I'm not sure why the pants were larger, but in any case, I ordered this pair and they fit perfectly. These wash and wear very well and I can wear them almost daily for years before they start to wear out on the bottom and sometimes along a seam. Again, I love these jeans - hope they never stop making them!
