Beautiful robe. The fit and length were perfect, and the silk truly feels like butter. My only caveat is that the Ivory color is a bit more yellow than it appears in the photos.

Very comfortable but disappointed

I was disappointed in the stitching of the garment. The inside of the sleeves are misstiched and this has left gaps that are open and prone to snagging. Being silk it is hard to hand stitch in order to fix. Also the pockets are simply the raw edges not a turned and finished seam, meaning if the robe is untied you can see the rough cut edges.

True to size. Made well. Real silk!

Beautiful silk. True to size!! Have not washed it yet but have in very similar silk and I have washed them. Hang to dry. They were a little bit wrinkled but nothing unusual. Seems like very good quality. Absolutely would buy again. Nothing like having beautiful silk against the skin. Talk about a mood changer :-)

Filling the emptiness of my closeted soul

I had a big robe, like wearing a blanket. This is very very basic for any human existence.But somehow, it was far from being a sufficient robe for my needs. I had nothing to wear hanging around the house except shirts and stuff that would make you an idiot for ever putting it on in the home environment.So yes! It makes me happy indeed. Somebody complained avout the stitching in the sleeves catching the fingers of the robe wearer- but mine are as smooth as silk.The color I received is the ‘midnight blue’ and I highly recommend it. Now, polyester feels largely the same at first touch- but with a few minutes, the difference is so obvious. Silk just has this vibe of true luxury, it feels so good. But I’m super sensitive, so keep that in mind.All in all, I can’t express my enjoyment of this particular garment. As I said, it well darns the emptiness that haunted me, in both closet and soul. I wake up in the early morning light the midnight blue, ironically, looks it’s best. I literally jump out of bed, so I can enjoy the robe right away- why wait?Ok, I’m an idiot, but it really is a great robe !

I got this for my wife to go with her silk jammies, also from Oscar Rossa. Nothing beats real silk. The color is a gorgeous Burgundy and it fits great.
