I'm 4'11" they fit below my knees,the sleeves are just at my wrists,perfect.I bought them in Medium,very soft material.The photo with the model was very helpful,allowed me to determine where the sleeves would reach on my arms

Overall not bad. Bought one and it came too big. Did not sent it back and presented to friend of mine. Bought another one (smaller size) and when received it came without belt.
