Definitely Runs Small

This robe is very nice & soft, but my mother-in-law, whom I purchased it for, usually takes between a medium or large so I ordered the large. Way too small. So, ordered the XL & am waiting to see how it fits. Just took it to her yesterday.This company was awesome to deal with. They credited me for the returned one super fast & I already had the new one here before they could have received the one that was so small. Gotta love good customer service!
Snaps are to hard to work

I bought this for my 95 yr old MIL. I had bought a different color before. She loved it. So bought the animal print one. The snaps are just too hard for her to work. Very frustrating. She now has to put it over her head. These gowns are usually worn by older women. Bought them because of the snaps. Buttons are too hard for her to do. It would be nice for the snaps to be easier.

Bought one for my 93 year old great grandmother. She loved it so much she asked for another in a different color. The sleeves are perfect length, wonât drag. She says itâs the most comfortable thing sheâs ever put on!
