I received this robe and it was damp and smelled of chemicals. I have no idea how this was manufactured but I would STAY AWAY.
Nice light cotton, but not much extra room.

Nice light cotton, washes well. The only thing is that I got the biggest size and it barely overlaps in front. I'm 5'3" and 175 lbs, so my waist is my biggest dimension. I like it, I just need to lose some tummy :(

I used this as part of a Doctor Strange-inspired costume, as the tunic portion, and was impressed by a) the comfort factor, even when worn closed and belted all day/night, and b) the pockets! They're not deep pockets, by any means, so you'll need to put your wallet and keys elsewhere, but they're enough to hold lipbalm and gum, or other small objects you don't mind losing, since there are no closures on the pockets. Still...better than no pockets, am I right?The navy blue is still noticeably blue at a distance, which made it work well as a Doctor Strange piece. Obviously it's not screen-accurate....but who cares, really? It's better than trying to DIY one myself with zero sewing skills. All anyone pays attention to is your red Cloak of Levitation and the Eye of Agamotto anyway.If anyone cares, the fabric was breathable enough and the armholes were loose enough that you could wear the robe cinched tightly shut and still not show leaky sweatmarks under your armpits. Sorry, if it's too graphic, but that's exactly the type of information I'd want to know....

Got this as a gift for my husband. He loves it. I donât know what some of these reviews are complaining about- the robe is soft even before first wash. Breathable natural cotton fabric. The color is a nice rich midnight blue. There is an inner tie and an outer tie, so itâs extra secure and flattering on both a woman or man. Sleeves come quarters length and bottom site slightly below knees

First, runs really small. The large is a small. Having said that, they're all cotton, wash and dry well, patterns are very nice, they tie in front and my sis, the lucky recipient of my "large", just ordered one for her daughter. Just wish they came in a size I could wear. They're perfect Florida winter robes.

If this is 100% cotton I'd eat it with salt and pepper! There's no give to the material at all. Put it in the wash with a fabric softener and THAT didn't even help! It looks ok as a over cover piece if you want it to look like a kimono jacket but to sleep in it - I don't think so!
Lightweight, cool, soft. Packs small. Fiddly to put on.

It's not as wrinkle-free as hoped, but comfortable fabric. The string ties are fiddly and slow to tie. It's a bit slow for middle of the night restroom runs. Once tied, it is a bit reminiscent of hospital gowns, partly due to the very light gray color. Still, it does the job well enough. I'm trying a couple of tying modifications to make more suitable for me.

I really like this robe. The material is nice and softens as it washes. The pattern is crisp and pleasing to the eye. The only downside is that the fabric wrinkles a lot after itâs washed. It shrinks quite a bit so be ready for that too.
