Love this robe!

I purchased this for a lightweight, summer robe and it is wonderful. It is the perfect weight, about like two t-shirts, only with waffle weave. The fabric holds its shape, and came out of the washer (delicate cycle) with no wrinkles, so I just hung it up to dry. It came with the two sets of belt loops to fit higher or lower waisted people. The sleeves are 3/4 length, not like in the picture. That is exactly what I wanted for hot summer weather in California! And, as a bonus, pet hair does not stick to the robe, which is nice as I like to hold my dog in the morning while I have coffee and read the newspaper. I'm thinking of buying a second robe because it is so comfortable, and experience tells me that when I need another one I won't be able to find it!
Fabric Disaster

I spend a lot of time at the spa and decided to buy my own robe. Imagine my astonishment when I took out the robe to find that it was covered in pills! It looked as if it had been laundered repeatedly. The fabric looks like some time of polyester. REAL spa robes are made of cotton, so that they can breathe and keep you comfortable. Don't waste your money.

It has always been my understanding that waffle weave was 100% cotton and since nowhere in the description did I see "poly/cotton" or "cotton blend" I assumed this robe to be all cotton. Unfortunately for me it's not. I liked the look and reviews of this robe as it sounded just like what I was looking for and I was thrilled with the color options since I have to order multiples of them. Too bad I didn't read the reviews on the black robe, same style but picyured on a man because I now see one of those reviews stated this robe is not all cotton. I only read the reviews on the green one. I also found it interesting/frustrating that the robe itself does not have the fabric content listed anywhere on any of the four sides of its labels and tags and it isn't written in the typical %fabric/%fabric on the outside of the package either. I had to carefuly read the wording to find the work "blend".

I purchased the mens version in XL as that was the largest....it fit my chunky 6 ft 2 280 lb husband and he liked it and wore it and then....I washed it and dried it in a laundry with my lipstick which covered almost every portion of the new robe....but I socked it in OXYCLEAN over night and washed it again and it came out and it was such good quality it looks like new.

So, I bought 2 of these for my husband and I to wear after lap swimming. They are soooo comfortable. And, they are great in general when it is warm out. The fabric is so soft on the skin, it's amazing.

Nice and roomy, I love to toss this on after the shower. Lightweight, very soft (and gets softer with each washing). I plan to buy a couple extras to keep around for guests - nice item at a good price

Nice quality-- good summer weight and well made. It wasn't cheap but we needed something like this and it is working fine. A man can easily wear the XL.

Love the length of Robe but I prefer if the Robe was made from cotton.

Very soft and comfortable although not cotton...it is a blended fabric. The sizing seems to run large. I purchased this robe for my guest room and recent visitors used and complimented the robe. Good value for the price.
