No idea how to wear or tie this.

This was a beautiful robe, but it needs instructions sent on how to tie it. I have to return it because there is no clear function or way to tie it with the attached ribbons that makes any sense.

What is the sizing on this? It doesn't say how big this is. My rib cage is 36" around and I need to know if it will fit
