Update: Through Amazon's A-Z guarantee, I was able to receive a refund. The seller initially agreed after A-Z rep reached out to them, but then stopped cooperating. Amazon came through and issued a refund; I'm thankful for their service as the item was defective.I purchased this robe little over 1 month ago. This company claims they sell top quality products, but the material used to make this robe does not uphold to their claimed standard. After each wash, the robe shreds horribly where long spaghetti like strands of thread hang at sleeves, shoulders, hem, front/backside. It does not look like the brand new condition it should be from the time of being newly purchased to 30 days later. It's a robe meant to be worn to keep warm, nothing else. Instead it looks it's been thrashed at the rate it's falling apart. Additionally, when placed up to the light, you can see light coming through the robe from where the threads have fallen and continue separating further at the stitching. Since the item is not as described, I requested a refund but of course per company policy they refused citing 30 days policy. This is unfortunate because upon purchase & arrival of item, you have no way of knowing the robe will literally start to fall apart after first and consecutive washes.They advertise "producing excellent quality products, and we want you to experience them" yet the item is completely defective & unsatisfactory. For the price and description indicated, I expected more and instead I got much less than desirable, let alone excellent quality which is falsely advertised.

Quality terry cloth & stitching. Bought XL. But I think these do run large and are long. We are 5â10 so long is good.

Large size is great, quality is decent, style is good - my only complaint is the lint. Have washed several times but continues to shed a LOT.

the color black when i washed it looks like bleach fell on it !! I do not use bleach as I make soaps and bleach can really gas you out if there are lye vapors around. AND I DO NOT MAKE SOAP IN A NIGHT GOWN AND ROBE .. Awful
