Worth every penny

Perfect, perfect, perfect!! Iâve wanted this caftan for several months now, but just couldnât see paying $160 for what is the best essentially a robe. I even saw Joan Rivers wearing this exact thing when I was binge-watching a documentary on her life with her daughter. That almost sealed the deal, but I am no Joan Rivers, even though I could afford it. What really was the defining moment was when I was browsing Amazon, and there the caftan was again, but this time for $105 instead it of $160! I was so afraid that this was a knock off, but when Amazon had only one left, I pulled the trigger! Yâall it is beautiful. Couldnât be better. Just for reference to help you make your decision, Iâll cop to being 5â2â and ( donât gasp), 220 lbs! It fits perfectly! Floor length, big enough for me to wear an xl. Over the past five years, Iâve gained 70 lbs! After being in the hospital with pneumonia for two months, I lost 26 lbs, and was the perfect weight, IMO. Where the now extra 70 lbs came from, I donât! But this beautiful caftan makes me feel, like an elegant woman. Worth every penny of the cost, even at $160! Thank you, Amazon!(If something bad happens while Iâm wearing it or washing it, Iâll update. Fingers crossed!!
A great caftan!

Elegant and super comfy. I wear a size 0-2, and am 5'2. The extra small was a perfect fit, even the length was right. This fabric is silky and has some weight to it so it is not a slinky robe. I have worn this with company in the house. I would say it is a bit heavy for warm weather, but I got it for when the weather turns cooler and it is perfect.
Natori and I have a long love affair

This was an expensive purchase for me and I hesitated over it for quite a while. For my birthday I treated myself and I am certainly not disappointed. The fit is true to size. I am into a size 16 these days and it fits perhaps a little long but the bust and midsection do not bind. I stand 5' 2" and the hem elegantly sweeps the floor when you walk. The fabric is quite thin and, true to really expensive polyester, does not wrinkle even when you sleep in it. The piping around the sleeves and hem, as well as the tassled zip, are well-done and seams are close together and bound at hems. This is not the most expensive robe I have ever bought. I am still hoping to replace a Natori robe I bought in 1998..I still have that piece of art and it is beyond thread bare. I paid $650 for it and it was the most expensive piece of clothing I have ever purchased BUT.... I have worn it almost daily for now 16 years. I would rather have one nice piece of clothing that lasts than several cheap pieces that fall apart as you wear them. This robe lives up to that standard.

A line cut and flattering for a long caftan. Nice weight to the fabric.I love the asymmetrical sleeve with the ribbon finish.Elegant sophisticated look that I wouldn't be embarrassed to be seen in with company staying over.
Most wonderful sleepwear

I purchased this caftan about 5 years ago at Bloomingdales, NY. in red, which is not a favorite color for me. But, i didn't regret it. It is a most wonderful garment: beautiful pattern with sophisticated design and colors. The fabric is unbelievable...feels like a medium weight silk; it does not wrinkle, ever. You can wash it, dry it, even sleep in it and it is perfect. I know the tag says polyester, but it doesn't feel like it ; i cant compare it to anything I've ever owned. And unlike some caftans, this one hangs beautifully, too. Not baggy; more A-line, resembling a zip up robe. Now, after 5 or so years, it looks as good as new. I thought i'd better buy another, in case it ever falls apart. I finally found one, but in black, not in red anymore. That should tell you how much i love this piece...expensive, but worth it and I was pleasantly surprised to see the fabric, cut, etc. is identical to the red one. You don't find that very often either. The quality does not disappoint, as in other Natori sleepwear.
Love it

This was for a friend, not for me. She was anxious to find it and sent me to a local dept. store who used to carry it. However, they no longer did, so I looked online and behold I found it on Amazon.com. I took a chance on ordered XLG, but this size turned out to be just right for my friend. She is delighted that I was able to find it on Amazon.doc. It often happens that I am searching locally for something that I can no longer find and, miraculously, Amazon.com is able to find it for me.

I have a Natori robe that I got when my daughter was in high school. She is now 32. I have washed it countless time (per instructions!) and it still looks wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this line. I have not been disappointed with any purchase and this is just as good as the others. Great hidden zipper, nice finish on cuffs and hem. Lovely, comfy. To Natori: XXXOOO

A little tight over bust. Order larger size if large busted.

Love the pattern on this caftan. Fits a bit smaller through the shoulders and bust than expected and in similar products by Natori.
