Oh, I love this ROBE!!!!

I received this robe in three days!!! I live in USA and can't guarantee you will get your that soon but just thought I would let you know! :DI love this robe. It is 100% cotton which I wanted. I do not like synthetic fibers because they tend to build up static cling and I really don't like that. I stick with natural fibers like cotton. It is a beautiful vibrant medium blue - close to turquoise but more blue! I wear a Large on top and ordered L/XL and I am so glad I did. I will use this robe for a long time. It is so big and cozy! I just wish there were other colors. But I may order a back up - for this price how can you lose? I highly recommend this robe. Also, I washed this before using it and I always wash in cold and dried this on low setting and did not use any fabric softener and it came out of the dryer in great shape with no fading or shrinkage! :D
Medium weight, nice material

Overall first impression: Comfortable, but still a little short of elegant - perfect for use as a wearable, medium weight spa robe instead of a towel. Texture is slightly too coarse for it to be plush or luxurious, yet soft enough to stay swaddled in, and tailored enough to cover up over a nightie to run out and grab the morning paper off the porch. Lightweight, not be bulky or restrictive, yet not too thin as to feel cheap or threadbare. As a gift, it won't come across as overtly posh or expensive, but still impressive enough to seem like it cost more than it did. Color may heighten that impression.Intended Usage:Got this for simplifying the frequent skinny dipping sessions in the outdoor hot tub in our yard. It is an all in one solution for modesty on the way to and fro, has enough coverage to retain warmth on the way out or in, and the absorbency means I don't need to take a separate towel along. It's like a bath sheet that has sleeves and belt, but a decent quality basic one and not the heavier soft and fluffy pile, super high thread count premium kind. There is a hooded version of this robe which might be an even better buy if you'd like to cover the head for added warmth, but this one already takes the prize over my old bathrobe which is made of waffle-like softer and heavier material that is more cumbersome in volume and weight, but totally not absorbent at all. This actually already seems a better replacement for that daily use, as it is a much more useful wrap for water or sport, which is making me consider buying another one for that purpose and retiring the old one to dry functions only.Fit/Sizing:Fit might be a little smaller than expected if it shrinks at all after washing, which 100% cotton is sure to do. I am only about 5'2 with woman sized boobs and butt and fit on the L/XL is close enough right out of the package that either way someone small still won't be swimming in the robe after swimming in the pool. The belt already sits right at the waist for me even before washing. Possible shrinkage might make it sit between high and too high on the waist for some, but that probably is a body shape and preference issue more than the robe itself. I prefer it having some more space, but since the L/XL is pretty far from looking way too big on me, If you are borderline on which size you want to get, it's probably smarter to err on the side of bigger to be sure it doesn't end up seeming too small.Bang for Bucks Value/Cost analysis It is better than just okay as far as quality for the cost, but I might be spoiled by the earlier arrival of another Turkish full length robe I ordered at the same time but which is notably softer and thicker and has a more premium feel for a higher medium price point. THAT one was such good value that it makes for some potentially more critical appraisal of this item which is an objectively very practical purchase at a practical price point. Had I received this one first, I might be giving it more glowing praise rather than just due approval in the bang for buck area. In truth, both are punching well above their weight in price class.Overall Satisfaction/ Purchase Recommendations:Personally I like it quite a lot, but whether you will be satisfied with this ultimately depends on expectations in what you intend to use it for and how much you want to spend. If you're limit is under 25 bucks: You can't really go wrong with this item as natural fiber tends to be more pricey. There is something to be said for the fact that it is 100% cotton here, as it won't be beaten by anything less than more expensive higher quality cotton. You can get that super fluffy feel in a less costly synthetic material, but will come at the readiness of absorbency and whether it breathes as well. At this price point, I think the cotton gives it the quality edge over the plushy synthetic "fleece" robes which might be softer in touch but can be uncomfortably warm and sweaty since the fiber is essentially finely spun plastic, and therefore might also be more susceptible to melting or flame. Those will be more "snuggly" but ultimately less practical. If you want a more elegant and luxurious feel:In the natural fibers it will cost you a pretty hefty bump in price tiers. If you can COMFORTABLY afford to move into the 35-50 range, I think there is a little bit more value with the Turquiose Textiles Turkish terry hooded robe. It costs a bit more than this but well less than others and you will suffer diminishing returns on how much more quality or luxury you can actually buy for getting pushed higher and higher into the 50-150 premium price range. That one is A/A- quality at a "B" price point. BUT I don't think that level up from here is worth the push if it's an UNCOMFORTABLE expenditure in that range, as this does deliver well enough to be in that price class without having to stretch to meet it.If you just want something that is good quality, this Up2date Fashion product is a completely satisfying purchase that gives good quality return closer to the border of bargain basement price point where quality tends to suffer and become less of a bargain in getting what you pay for. I think this is well worth the price paid, if not more.
Very roomy robe

I ordered the L/XL size robe for my granddaughter, who wears medium sizes, but I was a bit reluctant to order the SM/Med size, because I wanted it to be roomy for her. The sleeves are very long, and the robe very generously sized. I usu. wear a 2X, and this would have fit me just fine.
Great functional robe for the price

I wanted an inexpensive robe for the backyard pool and hot tub. Didnât need something that looked like it came from LL Bean but didnât want it to fall apart after the first washing either. At $22 this robe was a great choice. Itâs a medium to heavy weight that soaks up water. It is a bit scratchy but nothing thatâs uncomfortable. I looked it over pretty good when I received it. Itâs stitched up well and both sleeves are the same length. It has a collar loop which is always handy. Iâve washed it six or seven times and itâs holding itâs weight. I bought the blue. I left it hanging outside for a couple of weeks and the sun faded it in some areas. There is a smell, as mentioned by other reviewers, but it wasnât too bad and it washed out. Iâm 5â8â and 170. L/XL is a loose, comfortable fit.
Be aware: Conflicted on product fit

Quality made, but the fit. . . L/XL. . . I'm 5'5 and I wear size Ladies 12-14. So, around the waist barely fit with the sleeves being FIVE Inches too long. How does that happen. . . . Sizing is screwy but great material.Easier to alter the sleeves than go thru the trouble of returning and finding another. I should've took a picture, it was unbelievable.

Based on the reviews I read before I purchased the robe, it's what I expected. Not the quality of the Victoria's Secret robe I just retired that lasted 15 years, but it's becoming more difficult to find a quality cotton terry bathrobe. The texture is a little rough but it's obsorbant and that's what I was looking for. The sleeves are long enough for me, which is hard to find.
Sizing is incorrect.

I actually purchased 2 of these robes. One for my husband, which fit him fine. He is tall and thin. The second robe was for me. I am much larger in the chest, so the robe didnât come close to closing. Quality was fine. Mine was returned.
