As pictured, but many issues

The robes are exactly as pictured. The lining goes from shoulder to hem, with sleeves left sheer. The "too small" evaluation comes from the wrist cuffs and shoulder room. The sleeves are made with very little movement for arms to go above head - they are just rectangles sewn to robe and then gathered at the wrist, rather than made with a shoulder-room U-curve cut that allows free upward movement of the arms. The cuffs look better than they are, as they barely fasten around the wrist and are equipped with three badly sewn sets of snaps beneath the five satin-covered buttons instead of actual button holes. I plan to remove and rework the cuffs to make them more attractive and of the right size, and may have to take the sleeves off entirely to fix all of these problems. Also, the drape of the robe in the picture suggests that it will flow and float around your legs, as a full circle hem might do, but it is only an A-line, which is much less glamorous. If you're not a seamstress with some experience, you won't be able to repair these issues. If you are, as I am, you may decide that the whole thing is just too annoying to bother with. I plan to try to solve the structural problems, and will report back once I do.I will admit, the price is right if you want something pretty to briefly wear and then take off, with no concerns about movement.
Lovely piece

I knew this wasnât going to fit 100% but it was perfect for what I needed! I was the hit of the Halloween season thanks to this amazing robe. I used it as a under layer on a larger costume and it stole the show!
