At first, wonderful..then it started to "pill". I am trying everything to remove the excess fur pillage. Inside and out. Washed it, and it was even worse.

This item has two BIG flaws. One it is always shedding, and two it must be washed alone and even then it sheds a lot.

I am SO happy with this robe. So much so I had to get one for my mother. She got pink and I got that just gorgeous deep green color. This is the single softest robe I have ever owned. Even my cat loves its softness, happy to jump in my lap (mush on it for a while aka kneading dough) and snooze. Unlike a lot of robes/material, this is just as soft on the inside as it is out. It's shinier on the outside but that doesn't make any difference in softness. I feel like I got got an incredible deal on both robes. The price is just right. And, this is going to be amazing during winter. It's a robe that will certainly keep you nicely warm and cozy!A couple of things to note, though it's nearly impossible to tell in the pix (pictures), this robe is somewhat cinched in the back in order to show we women have waist lines I suppose. When I first saw the back I wasn't overly thrilled but it doesn't bother me in the least or make a difference in fit. I order items like this a size larger than I really need to and it is very comfy and doesn't look sloppy big on me. That may be worth keeping in mind.Also, I've noticed that some people complain of this fabric pilling on them. Because of my general choice of clothing (usually 100% cotton), I wash everything I own using the gentle cycle and low heat and haven't had any problems. I also avoid washing this with towels as they can be a little abrasive in the dryer.I HIGHLY recommend this robe to anyone!

Soft, comfy and warm i love it on cold mornings or when you have to get up at night, easy to put on. I like the way tye belt is sewn in tye back so you are not looking constantly looking for it. Would buy again, makes a nice christmas gift too!

This robe is for my mother who has severe alzheimers and the attached belt is just wonderful!! The robe is nice and soft and looks to be well made.The dusty rose is ok but her favorite color is blue.....why didnt i get the blue.....there is a BIG difference between $32 for the dusty rose and $54 for the blue! What is that all about?? And this is not the only vendor whose prices are based on colors. I think it is soooo rude. That being said, that is why my review is ony a 3 star not 5. The robe would rate a 5 but the obscene difference is price based on color rates the vendor gets a 1 star. To be nice they get the adv of the 3 star.

Nice product. Longto e and very soft. Two things that are different than any robe Iâve had previously; ties are attached at either side as opposed to a long single strap that loops to attach on either side. Also, pockets are directly on sides as opposed to slightly in front, and are therefore a bit smaller than Iâm previously used to. Not bad qualities, just felt the need to highlight.

If you like comfort food, then think of this bathrobe as comfort food for your body. Wrap yourself in this luxurious fleece bathrobe and you will honestly feel winter is less harsh. Okay, maybe that sounds a bit much, but this is a great robe, and the price was so right as well. Someone had asked in a review if this bathrobe is good for packing in a suitcase - it surely is not! It's thick and will take up your whole suitcase. Stick it in a closet and put it on at home when eating breakfast, watching TV. This is a "homebody" robe. Enjoy it!

It's ok. I ended up returning because I like my robed to be large and fluffy, buy the waist tie on this robe is attached to the side so you cannot tighten it very much. (Unlike the waist ties that are a separate piece and go all the way around, you can tighten to your waist size even if the robe is large on you.) You would have to buy this robe to fit snugly, and I don't like that in a robe. I want to feel like I am wearing a blanket, not a sweater. It was very soft and cozy though. Oh, and the arm ends are stitched into a fold... that bothered me too. You can't unfold it.

SHEDS LIKE CRAZY!i first washed this with a bunch of towels and its fur/fleece thing went everywhere on the towels. Not only that it sheds fleece/fur just by rubbing against other fabric. I wore this to my bed and now my duvet cover is contaminated with all these pink fleece bits!The fleece itself is really soft and warm but when its shedding this much, I can't say it's worth it. I want a return.

Great housecoat but very very warm. If you live someplace cold, this is the housecoat for you. I use it to run outside in the winter to the hot tub.

I looked at a lot of robes with reviews before I decided to purchase this one and was truly satisfied with my choice. In all honesty, the size chart isn't accurate whatsoever. I ordered an XL which measures 50" across the back and 47.5" in length. It didn't fit as nicely as I expected, so I ordered a M which measures 44" across the back with a perfect fit and 49.5" in length. I washed the XL expecting the lint tray to be completely filled according to some of the reviews I read. I must say there was hardly any present and didn't shed all over other clothing as well. It's very well made being ever so soft and comfortably warm. I really like the attached belt, because it doesn't get lost in the wash nor twists like a self belt when wrapping it around the waist. As there are so many styles of robes to choose from, I hope you find this review to be beneficial.

TWO YEARS LATER: I still love this robe (enough to find this purchase and update my review - total nerd alert!) and am updating because I remember the bad reviews of it not lasting. I have washed it mostly on the delicate cycle, but occasionally on normal, and have never put it in the drier. It only take a couple of hours to hang-dry anyway! It has not lost its shape, softness, size... it's just as when I bought it! I still wear it nearly every day for the 9 cooler months of the year. There you have it - still love it!I read many, many reviews before I bought this... and I took the leap. I bought it in blue - the color (and size) were exactly as advertised. To ensure it didn't get pilling; like others experienced, I have washed it only on the delicate cycle and hung it on a hanger to dry overnight. Easy! This robe is very, very soft and hasn't lost any of its shape or softness after the washings. I wear it nearly every day and am very pleased with it!

I bought this robe for my daughter, for Christmas. She loved the colour, Blueberry, and she loves wearing it, all the time! The quality is good, and the price is fair. I will be ordering one for myself soon!

I ordered this because it said it was Terry Cloth which to me meant that it was similar fabric to a bath towel, but when it arrived it was more like fleece than terry. I sent it back
